Teresa was great to deal with. Our refinancing exercise took several months due to the bank putting up hurdles & making mistakes with paperwork, that delayed our finance being approved. During this time, Teresa communicated openly & honestly, & negotiated the hurdles while keeping us informed. I expect much better performance from our bank, but I can't speak highly enough of Teresa's ability as a mortgage broker & her communication skills. I recommend Teresa to everyone who needs a mortgage broker.

This is our 3rd time buying a property but our first time using a mortgage broker. I wish we had done it sooner! Teresa was remarkable, she was kind, understanding, professional and available.
