Very helpful service and better yet it's free! Tom was very helpful to guide us in what we needed to do and what documents were needed when buying a home (it can feel overwhelming at times). I felt Tom was very genuine and transparent and worked hard to get us a good deal.

Is extremely good at his job. He helped me secure a loan even though I didn't think it was possible at the time. He had good advice and he helped me every step of the way.

Tom came across as competent and positive, he made it quite clear that as an asset rich client that I could indeed buy another property. However, when he said he had done the numbers and he couldn't make them work. Unbelievably he did not respond to any of my calls or emails after this.
It would appear that he put me in the "too hard basket" an ignored any correspondence thereafter And then today I received a "Happy Holidays" email. I was totally disgusted.
This man is not someone I would recommend anyone to deal with.
