Ali is utterly professional, honest and tidy. Is he can do a job cheaper, he will. He’s very knowledgeable and having used him on more than one occasion I’m completely confident in recommending him. He’s also a very nice man who forgave me when I turned up 25 minutes late.

Really happy with these guys. I was in contact with Edris in advance and saff came and helped with my heating. He was really responsive in advance helping me buy what I needed and on the day did a list of jobs quickly and efficiently. Very very happy with what was done and lovely guys too. Thanks a lot.

We contacted them and had a response right away, with a site survey and consultation booked in a few days later. Competitively priced but super high end finish and amazing attention to detail. We’ve had bad experiences in the past with contractors but this definitely changed my outlook altogether. Ali is a pleasure to deal with, very professional and courteous and the team he has are second to none. They made sure to tidy up everyday after working and mopped/hoovered too! Everything was protected and there was minimal disruption to our property during.

Ali is an absolute Star and I am very glad to have finally found a trustworthy, honest and reliable tradesman.
He replaced a boiler for me, was quick, clean, on time, at a reasonable cost as well as providing all the relevant certificates.
He was reassuring and helpful throughout, easy to get hold of and able to remedy any stumbling blocks along the way. I cannot recommend him enough and in the future will be the first person I call for any work that needs doing. Many, many thanks Ali for your help.

Ali did an amazing job with my plumbing needs. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very helpful, as well as helping to keep costs down by advising on the most cost efficient way to solve the issues. He managed to find the exact radiators I had already, which was amazing. He replaced my old radiators in one day. Without me even asking, he had a look at my boiler and noticed there was a pressure issue which he sorted in a second. Everything was done perfectly. All communication was extremely swift and efficient. He also advised on my shower issues and I will be looking to get his help on that matter as well. Highly highly recommend for any plumbing issues!

In the last two years I have got a new radiator fitted in, my old central heating system flushed and also plumming job in the bathroom. All this work has been done professionally and at a very reasonable price with no hidden costs. To summarise, I am amazed I have finally found someone in London who is competent, honest, reliable and even polite.

Edris was a huge help to us with our plumbing issues - we have very old floorboards and he was able to install new radiators for us with minimal damage. He also went above and beyond to fix a clicking pipe which had been driving us nuts for months!
