Purchased Milarosabella sweatpant jeans on March 23,26 Via Affirm. Received package 04/04/2026. Very poor quality, stitching loose at front and hem. Pant not at all as pictured on her website. Sent email with pictures asking for a refund due to the extreme poor quality. Mailed package back to the Inglewood CA address 04/09/26 due to lack of communication from this company. Received email on 04/10/2026 stating they would NOT refund. Company received package back on 04/13/26 at 12:18 pm. STILL will not refund and will not supply a contact phone number

Horrible, fraud ! Do not buy from this website. You cannot reach anyone for refunds . Product is not at all what is presented. As another reviewer stated”total crap”

They are horrible. They look nothing like the photos on their site. I wish I could include pictures. The rivets are big white dots

I ordered a pair of pants that did not fit. I emailed the company 2x to start a return and never heard back. I called the number provided on the website and it is a Google number that goes right to voicemail. You cannot contact anyone at the company so if something is wrong or you want to exchange or return, plan on losing your money. This is a scam website.

It’s a total scam! I ordered a pair of their “sweatpant jeans” and they sent a completely different style than ordered; very cheap, a joke of a product. I submitted request for return; they replied their warehouse wasn’t able to process returns at that time but would process soon. Countless emails went ignored and many returned as “this address no longer exists”. Just rcvd reply from my October 2025 request, saying they don’t accept return nor issue refunds just because I don’t like the product. Out $50 but lesson learned, and reported to BBB.

I really wish I had searched for reviews before purchasing. Total scam. I ordered sweatpant jeans in two colors. I received two completely different styles and one in the wrong color and neither fit. The tracking I received indicates they were shipped directly from China (took a month) but when I received them the package had a sticker over the original shipped from a company called "Reborn" in Elizabethtown, PA. Request for return instructions was never answered and neither was the call to the company. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

If I could of given a half of 1 star I would have. Sizing off a bit, fabric awful and not as shown in ads as quality very poor. Then contacting them is so difficult. Spent almost $60.00 on one pair and can't seem to get them to help with return. BBB will be contacted next on them. I ordered on 2/18, recd on 3/12, emailed on 3/14 to return or exchange and nothing so again 3/23 no word. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!

This CO. is a SCAM, be Aware of it. Do not Buy anything from them, they are from China and has the Worst Customer Service. They do not Reply in a timely manner and has taken my money and ran.

Like all the others on this website, I too, had a poor experience, and I am having to get the charges reversed through my credit card company as I have been completely unable to reach these people. They have a fake phone number which is a New York phone number yet they show their address to be in Wyoming. It is a Google number not a business number. These are scammers.

The absolute worst experience with this scam of a fraudulent JOKE of a company. Never received my jeans and wish I had seen the other reviews before ordering. I believe the tracking info is also fraudulent. Buyer beware!

Terrible non existent customer service! Can’t reach anyone and no responses to the many messages I sent them. These jeans Don’t fit and they are terrible quality. I can’t use them even to clean house so I want my money back! I contacted them the day I got them to try and return but no response from them! What a fraud!

If I could i would give them minus 5 stars. I wish I had read all the reviews and comments about this scam before purchasing. Unbelievable that they still sell their products. Shame on them. Also credit cards should shame allowing them to do cooperate. Hard lesson. Don’t waste your money and time.

I ordered based on following someone on Instagram. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. No response. DO NOT order from them!!

I order 2 pairs, notified them immediately about quality and sizing way off. I tried to return but they said they couldn’t accept returns but would offer me full credit. I have been chasing down the full credit refund for 4 months. Now the emails stop being delivered. Fraudulent company. Comes from China. I would give them lower than 1 star. Do not buy these!

I don't even want to give them one star, but that is my only option. I STILL have not received refund over 3 months ago and I keep getting a recurring AI response that says the same thing. Do NOT EVER buy from this company. SCAM and product is cheaply made. Horrible company.

If I could give zero stars I would. This entire experience has been a complete disaster. First my order takes over 2 months, then it shows as "delivered to doorstep" which it was NOT!!! I work from home- no delivery ever arrived. Customer service was responsive at first and then ghosted me completely. At one point they suggested I needed to work with USPS to find out where my package was. I've paid money for something I have never received. Total scam...

Purchased 2 pair of sweat pant jeans, horrible fit, at dock, package received,returned item timely, still waiting for refund... very poor customer service, upon research I find they are operating under several names,

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered 4 pr of pants in 2 different sizes which none fit and i have been trying to reach them to get them returned for a refund and the emails don't go thru. It seems this company is just one big thief and maybe somehow they need to be reported to the attorney general for that. The items were ordered around Dec. 17th and did not arrive until about January 12th. So I'm out about $200 + with no way to get it back
