Fast and easy

Great service. I used the website to get a quote. I was quickly sent a quote , then was contacted and the selling process was explained. Adel and the team were helpful and efficient , answered any questions I had during the trade.
I have already recommended Mileage spot to friends .

I was looking for a website to sell my…

I was looking for a website to sell my unused air miles and I approached a few sites but only Mileagespot is the best! It responded with an instant quote and the customer service respond to my email promptly. Although it is my first time using this site, I was impressed by their clear and prompt instructions. Once account has been verified and accepted, payment is immediately sent to my PayPal account. I will definitely use their service again and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone who wishes to sell their miles.

Smooth

Was very happy to have Mileagespot buy my miles. They gave me the highest payout and paid the same day. They did what they said they will do. Happy with service.

Not recommended AT ALL!

Not recommended AT ALL!

They paid me 343$ for my miles, then did not use the account for months. When they tried again, they locked my account and were unable to contact me for weeks during the covid-19.

When I gave them the new password, they used 25.000 miles and open a paypal resolution charging me 343$ for the service not delivered.

Do not use them. Very unprofessional!

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we had tried reaching out to you for 3 weeks via phone and email. According to our terms and conditions, changing your credentials may result in a payment reversal. We did however give you the benefit of the doubt and allowed you three weeks to resolve it. It is only once we filed a payment reversal that you came back to us with the correct password.

Additionally, once we file a charge back, we do not close it until it is resolved. However, we did make an exception and closed it since some miles were already used. Thanks for your understanding and wishing you the best of luck!

Great experience

First time I am selling Miles and they offered the best rate on the web, the process is incredibly simple in order to obtain a quotation, and the payment was super fast (less than 12h) so I strongly recommend them. Perfect service.

If there would be an award given to a…

If there would be an award given to a company that buys and sells points, I would nominate Mileage spot! From the moment you call them until you actually see the cash is literally a matter of minutes! Customer service is A1 and sooo pleasant. I Highly recommend!
