This was my first time leasing a car. I’ve always had company cars and I didn’t have a clue where to start. I’d been into multiple dealerships and spoken to multiple sales people who clearly weren’t interested in helping me, they were just trying to pressurise me into buying a car. I then found Milease. Craig was absolutely fantastic! He helped me every step of the way, answering my never ending questions and helping me to select the right car for me at an amazing price. He understood the urgency and the car was delivered 3 days after the paperwork was signed. I would highly recommend Milease - friendly, reliable and trustworthy

I recently leased a Skoda Kodiaq through Milease. The price was the best I could find and I was delighted to receive great service from Craig - no call centres, waiting days for replies to emails etc.

The car was delivered within the advised timescales. There was a bit of a mix-up regarding the delivery day but this was sorted quickly thanks to Craig replying to emails out of hours.

This is the first time I have leased a car but will not hesitate to do so again.

Found Milease via a comparison site and Craig was great from start to finish. Having never had a lease vehicle before it was all new to me. Nothing was too much bother for Craig and kept me in the loop and let me know what was due when.

Milease was cheaper over a shorter term than anywhere else and offered better colour options, so we went with them. Craig was excellent. We've never leased before, but he made the process really clear and kept us in the loop at every stage. He was patient with my questions and really honest. This was the first time I had leased a car so was slightly hesitant to begin with. I tried one lease company but they had run out of stock of the car I wanted.
Then Milease sent me an alert of a price drop on the car at lower price and also metallic paint included.
The process was fast and efficient and made very easy by Craig who kept in touch and answered all my questions almost immediately.
The car was delivered exactly on time and was in clean condition despite the rain. All instruments were explained in full.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for your next lease car.

Craig and the team really helped me when I got turned down by other providers, he kept me up to date with delivery times, and I can not fault the team at Milease!

Need to work on their communications. Told them when ordering the car that I needed it in April. I was advised this was fine. When the car was ready for delivery I was told I had to take it in March (which meant having to arrange an earlier pick up of my old vehicle).

Was told by the delivery driver of the new car that mats would follow a few weeks later. When I followed up with Craig I was told this was incorrect information as the car does not come with mats. However, as a gesture of goodwill I was told a set had been ordered and would be with me soon. It’s now October and I still don’t have them.

Had an issue with the rear parking camera for the first few months of the vehicle. The Milease team could not have cared less. Basically shrugged their shoulders and said it wasn’t their problem.

Craig was very responsive and helpful. Responded to emails quickly and made the whole transaction very smooth. Appreciate all the help. The deal given was also fantastic. Would highly recommend Milease and look forward to working with them again in future.
