Eva helped me with my enquiries about a cruise and then Mandy helped us book it. They both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Mandy was brilliant. She found everything that we needed.

Eva was (and always has been) very helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to book a city break.

Always very helpfull and efficent, always get us what we are looking for with no fuss.

As always staff were incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. The office environment was welcoming, and we never felt rushed. Would recommend without reservation.

We don't go on holiday very often. Mandy in Abergavenny is a star. When I went in with where we wanted to go and our budget. Mandy sorted out the hotel, helped and advised about our flights, sorted out seats. I asked her to sort the insurance out which she did there and then. Our holiday was all sorted in my lunch hour and no stress. Thank you Mandy
