Miles Morgan Travel - Bath レビュー

All your staff are great. However, Debbie always goes the extra mile to ensure that all our needs are met. Superb customer service. Thank you so much.

They always go the extra miles
Nothing is too much trouble
They are the best

We were arranging a short city break to Amsterdam and Alek gave us good advice, listened to what we were looking for and arranged everything very quickly and smoothly. All very efficient and friendly.

Natalie was so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable, it was a pleasure to speak with her

That personal touch and being made to feel that our requests were very important and that we were not being awkward. The whole experience was pleasant and professional and fun. We chatted to two members of staff who were amazing and so helpful.

Probably OK for simple bookings that can be done in one session if you know exactly what you want. For a bespoke package they had to go through another agent. Difficult for us to speak to the same person consistently and difficult for them to speak to the same person at the other agent consistently. The price seemed to vary (sometimes by thousands of pounds) from day to day and for minor variations. Eventually, once we established exactly what we wanted to do they made every effort to be able to book it for us. We got there in the end!

As always the perfect service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Your agent delt with my problem very efficiently and in a friendly manner. It was a case of the operator, Ryanair, was not able to read my card. I can now look forward to my trip to Dublin.

Debbie Doyle was very competent and professional and sorted my Australian flight in a friendly and reassuring manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Booked holidays with this company before and the staff are always so helpful and manage to find the exact holiday required , excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend

Marie was so helpful she knew what we wanted and went all out to find a great holiday for us

The advisor in the shop, was very helpful and well organised in booking my trip to USA

Excellent service as always . Natalie provided brilliant service especially as we changed holiday destinations part way through. Nothing seems too much trouble for her and is extremely helpful.
Booking two holidays was pleasant and easy procedure. Previous dealings with Miles Morgan have been outstanding and trouble free.

friendly, informative staff made us feel welcome

Fantastic service as always
I would highly recommend Marie and the team

Excellent service from Suzanne as always, she really knows her stuff!

The agent was very knowledgeable and ensured I was secured the exact Deck and cabin for a P&O cruise.
The whole experience was dealt with efficiently and I had complete confidence with the advice provided.

I find Marie in the Bath shop totally amazing.
Always most helpful and full of really useful knowledge, she has helped me book a couple of holidays and always makes it so straightforward and easy.
I find her to be friendly and full of interesting facts about where I am visiting. Great asset to Miles Morgan. Will always be my first point of contact when I’m thinking of booking a family trip. I never feel pressured into anything and she spends time going through all options. Extremely happy with her service.
Thanks Marie

Always super helpful. Friendly, knowledgeable and individually curated for your needs.
They understand budgetary considerations and work hard to give you the best experience you can have within any budget constraints.
They always seem to have a wealth of experience that they are happy to pass on.
I trust that they will do their best for me.

I always ask for the service of Debbie who was really kind and helpful. She is always ready to answer any questions professionally. I believe other staffs in the office are serving customers well enough too. I am in no doubt continuing getting excellent service from them in the future. Come on Miles Morgan!
