Yet again, we had a successful experience at the Chepstow branch of Miles Morgan. We booked a cruise, discussed further ideas and left with several ideas to think about. We met with Ellie again who understands the type of holidays we enjoy.

Miles morgan can always be trusted and they are again best travel agent of the year, after a disastrous start to a cruise, to say they pulled the stops out and sorted things is an under statement many thanks to them again in giving us a second chance to what was a fabulous holiday

We went in the Chepstow branch to book a city break in Florence. Ellie was very helpful and after going through a few options, we were very happy with our holiday for October
