The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The shop was bright and cheerful. Very helpful staff, everything we asked was answered in full and nothing was too much trouble to look up or explain.

So a team very focussed on the needs and wants of the customer.

Although my preferred cruise line didn’t have any available, Jade eventually found a suitable cruise within our budget range.
