All the staff at the Clevedon office really listen to what you want for a holiday.This will be the second cruise organised by them it takes all the pressure off of trying to organise yourself. I would use this company every time p.

Helpful, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. Made booking my bucket list trip very easy.

Miles Morgan, our experience today was unsatisfactory.
Earlier this year we booked a cruise with P&O for November through a sales representative named Judi. Her service was exceptional and we left a review thanking her for her work after paying our deposit.
On today’s visit, my wife and I were attempting to change the registration of our car that would be left at Southampton during our cruise. There were no other customers in the shop with three members of staff were present. Two blond women and one brown haired lady sat alone at her computer.
We sat at the brown haired lady’s desk, I think her name is Robyn, we politely asked if we could please change our cars registration on the system. One of the blond ladies from behind replied, we should do it ourselves online, this is not good customer service.
Robyn then said no, she would do it for us herself, Robyn then picked up her phone and rang, the voicemail message stated that offices were only open Monday to Friday. She put down the phone telling my wife and I that she was off Monday and would sort the matter for us on Tuesday.
My wife is a nurse retiring shortly after working for the NHS since she was 16 years old. I have been self-employed since 1983 always treating my customers with the utmost respect answering all questions at all times and would never ever tell my customers to do it themselves, to me my customers are King.
This is the first time we have used Miles Morgan and on the back of this experience we will never book with them again.
It appears that once we paid the balance of £3000 last week, we are left to manage the booking ourselves.
Now that we are both at retirement age, we plan to book many holidays but will never again use Miles Morgan.

She went to a great deal of effort to find the trip that suited me and because of my age has made the trip as easy as possible
I thoroughly recommend her to friends and would not go anywhere else

Someone was very helpful and friendly. Found a lovely holiday and booked seats on plane and have private transfers to and from the airport. Extremely helpful with the booking process and other staff in the store were also friendly

Simeon was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about our holiday destination and itinerary. He gave us lots of advice and recommendations based on his own experience and that of other customers of his which helped us choose an amazing holiday for 2027.

Amanda took her time to find us the perfect cruise with an accessible cabin. Very much appreciated... thank you!

Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process from choosing to booking our holiday cheerfully and efficiently.

We met with Simeon with outlines for three potential holidays. These would be our first holidays abroad together since 2023 following a serious cancer illness.
We have booked them all. Two were tours and Simeon took us through all the necessary areas, visas, money, health needs, etc., which were really helpful.
The third holiday was a two centre based trip but accommodation only. Simeon discussed various options with us and turning it into a bespoke trip for us. We have settled for a pre paid programme for while we are away, but with potential rest days included.
Simeon was excellent with his time and advise.

We always book our holidays at our local Miles Morgan, they are very helpful, friendly and professional.
