Excellent service from Jade at Monmouth very knowledgeable and very helpful would highly recommend

Michelle at the Monmouth branch was brilliant!! Very helpful in all aspects of our booking which was challenging as we were booking for friends as well as ourselves, who were not present!! In amongst the serious stuff, we also had lots of laughter!

Michelle in Monmouth- excellent as always.

Jade Evans jumped through hoops to get us the holiday we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and we are now really looking forward to our holiday with confidence.

Excellent service from enquiry to booking. Previous holidays with company have been outstanding, and is the reason we keep going back for more.

Jade was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The overall support was great and we quickly identified and booked a vacation within budget, on the dates we needed and with no hassle.

Will be asking Jade to help us with next years holiday :)

Very helpful staff - it was great to speak to someone knowledgeable and to be able to book there and then

As usual our dealings with Clare has been exceptional. She listened to our requirements on what would be the ideal holiday for us and she found exactly what we were looking for. A very friendly environment instore and we always recommend using the high street shop instead of online every time.

The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again x

Excellent service from Monmouth Miles Morgan Travel yesterday. Michelle was friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely efficient in helping us to find the holiday we wanted and make amendments to a previously booked holiday. My wife and I are very happy indeed with the service provided.
