The Mortgage Advisor Lewis Bates, working for Miles Rhodes, was very helpful in every step on the process of buying a house. Even after the purchase and the completion date, he was still available for me when needed help.

As first-time buyers, we spoke to a few mortgage brokers before finding Nicky, and she truly stood out. From our very first conversation, she made a complicated process feel clear, manageable and far less daunting.

Nicky is incredibly knowledgeable and found us a much better mortgage deal than we were able to find ourselves. She was always available to answer our questions, responded quickly, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. Her support gave us real confidence in the decisions we were making.

What really set her apart was how personally tailored her approach was. My husband and I had different communication preferences and slightly different questions throughout, and Nicky made sure we both felt understood and supported throughout the entire process.

When our conveyancer raised some unexpected and unusual queries with the lender, Nicky truly went above and beyond. She stepped in right away, helped smooth things over, and kept everything on track. Having her in our corner during that stage made such a huge difference.

Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful experience turned into one we felt fully supported through from start to finish. We are so grateful we found her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and genuinely helpful mortgage broker.

From the start, Nicky was as honest and transparent as I could've asked for. Everything was explained from the process to the costs. Things I wasn't sure about, Nicky would go over as many times as I needed until I understood. And was very patient. My situation was a little complicated due to credit problems and lack of time but Nicky persisted and found me the best deal possible with my best interests at heart and then 2 months and 1 week later, I am now on the property ladder. Having that security was such a huge weight off my shoulder as a single parent. Can't thank Nicky enough or the legal team. What would we do without our mortgage adviser Andy Gray and Miles Rhodes. Andy has continually managed our mortage for years and always delivers excellent service and deals which are perfect for us. He ensured our recent move went through without issue continually checking in to ensure we were all ok and provided essential help and advice which we were very grateful for.
