Scam scam scam, lead to believe it’s a Manchester firm but not till you pay do they reveal its China!
Quality shocking description not correct size not correct avoid at all cost!

Beware… I absolutely loved my new sandals, they were the most comfortable sandals I’d ever had. After 3 months the soles split so I wrote to MM sending photos and requested a refund or replacement but was told as I hadn’t returned them within 14 days there was nothing they could do. I’d even written 5* reviews believing they were good sandals, which they were till they fell apart, which should have taken rather longer than 3 months!!! If only I’d read the reviews before I bought my mum a pair!!
Appalling customer service, pity because the sandals were great…till they weren’t!!!

Bordering on a scam. Company is based in China - what arrived bears next to no resemblance to the website. Cheapest quality, see through material, terrible stitching. Costs £25 to return. Website shows 4.8 rating on trust pilot - obviously the link doesn't work or you would see the real rating! Lesson learned - dress now in the bin.

I ordered shoes, which looked really lovely and comfortable on-line, thinking that I was ordering from a family run company in Manchester. In fact the shoes were shipped from China and were the most horrible, uncomfortable, cheap looking plastic shoes I have ever bought. They didn't even come in a shoe box, so the toes were squashed and misshapen.
When I asked to return them I was offered a discount or I could return them, at my own cost, to China. Eventually I settled for a 30% discount and threw the shoes away.
Please don't buy from this company.

Like other customers the product is not as described soft cotton dress but polyester not at all what I wanted. I have requested a returns label but seems this will be expensive to return. Facebook need to police this company better. I hope I will get a refund

Ordered dress really thought it was a British Company situated in Manchester. WRONG Chinese nothing to do with Manchester. Disgraceful they are patronising and think we're all stupid. STAY AWAY ORDER NOTHING. Won't even give a refund try being all nice telling you to keep product and they'll give you a percentage back!! What's the ruddy point. So ruddy angry with myself. SCAMMERS!!

Goods delivered promptly and fully met my expectations

Like some other reviewers I only read the reviews of this company after I had ordered a pair of sandals. Delivery was within 2 weeks and the sandals certainly lived up to my low expectations. Contrary to photos online which make them appear leather-like they are made of the cheapest shiny plastic and smell really strongly. The fastenings are white velcro that only serve to enhance the tacky appearance. The 1 star given is because they are actually very comfortable. I can't help feeling that they're not going to last very long and if I got caught in a downpour the sole might drop off. I'm not even bothering to return them but will keep them as a reminder of my own stupidity for not carrying out due diligence 🤣🤣

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Dress not worth the money and impossible to return. Will report to Trading Standards and Facebook but won’t hold my breath that anything will change. Will also report to credit card company

Delivery rather slow. Not so easy to order and claim discount price offered but when I questioned why the discount hadn't been applied, the problem was quickly resolved.

Was scammed should learn not to follow adds on FB even if I check web site.Clothes are cheap quality and come from China.If you want a refund you pay alot to return to China.Didnt bother as not sure you would even get a refund.learnt a lesson.

Poor quality item, not like what I saw on IG. Return address is in Asia so cost of returning is more than the item cost.

Lightweight, soft and really comfortable. I have a large bunion, it’s great to find a sandal that doesn’t pinch it due to the adjustable strap.

How i wish I had read the reviews before I purchased !!! Ordered 9 days ago with a promise of next day dispatch, an assurance that this was a UK company and Royal Mail delivery. This is misleading as items are shipped from Asia and can take up to 14 days to clear
customs. Not from the UK at all and I even received an email thanking me for supporting a British company!!!

I have seen much cheap imported versions of these shoes....and turns out
that I have paid 4 times the price for the
same cheap imports which have yet to arrive !!!

Only because there's no zero stars! Ordered a pair of shoes thinking they were based in Manchester. Shoes took ages to arrive, flimsy, shoddily made and 2 sizes too small. Asked for a return label. Won't give me one, threatening suggestions about returning them to China ( not happening) at my expense. Offered me an insulting 10% off. I suspect I was communicating with a bot.
Reporting them to Trading Standards for fraud. Also doing a charge back on the credit card I used.

Usual delivery of absolutely horrible fabric..
Wearing "plastic bin bag" would be more comfortable.

This company is a total scam don't buy from them they are shipping from China and it's very poor quality paid £55 asked for return but they offered just 30%refund £16:62 what a rip off company please don't be tempted

This company is not based in Manchester. The goods are shoddy cheap materials and you cannot get. Them to make a return label and difficult to get money back. Don’t trust them
