Effettuo un ordine per errore chiedo immediatamente l annullamento mando mail subito all istante seguo insomma le loro istruzioni. Nessuna risposta se non dopo tre GG nella quale mi si dice che non si può annullare perché già partito.e all'arrivo avrei dovuto fare il reso con spedizione a mio carico insomma lasciate stare se siete abituati a siti dove la relazione conta.

having bought a coat from surplus military ,and when it arrived i needed a bigger size i then got in touch and paid 15 pounds to return coat for an exchange
up till then customer service was ok .but when the tracking said it was delivered there no more contact
7 emails later and still nothing still waiting for the exchange,, so now having to report this through PayPal for full refund i wont buy from here again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone avoid if possible

Buying experience with MILITARY SURPLUS and product evaluation
The first thing that you are impressed by is the different approach as far as the confirmation message from the company which fills you with confidence that whatever issues arise, the team is doing its best to follow through and bring the order to a successful end.
One day before delivery I was contacted by the company to be informed regarding the delivery date.
The product has been freshly received in good condition. The installation will be performed at a later date. As a small improvement tip, I can suggest making the installation instructions available directly on site or sent directly to the buyer once the purchase process has started.
The delivery timeframe was a little off due to the holidays season. I wished I was kept more in the loop about the new timeframe.
Once the product has reached you, the company provides you with thorough instructions about the return policy, which are the most detailed that I have seen, providing you with screenshots from the client account itself to make the process as smooth as possible for the client. This is what I call client service, which is a rare thing nowadays.
My return to the site in a client capacity is locked and valid. I look forward to future buying experiences with the supplier.

I have had lots of contact from Radu the director of military surplus eu.
It appears after much research that the company I bought from are called Surplus-military.com
and should not be confused with military surplus.eu
Military surplus eu are a genuine company that has a great reputation and quite rightly want to maintain that reputation. After emails, discussions and research Radu and I discovered they are using a very similar name and piggy backing off his reputable company. I cannot apologise enough for the bother I've put Radu to and for harming his company in any way. These scammers SURPLUS-MILITARY.COM have not only conned and scammed me they have in fact caused a lot of upset to a honest legit company.
I'd like to thank Radu of military surplus eu for his time and effort in dealing with this. Clarification has helped.

They have a huge stock of surplus from different countries and conditions. They also stock sizes from XS to huge, which is awesome. Their prices are absolutely great for the products, sometimes the lowest you can find out there. They ship all over Europe, even to Spain.

The only issue is that sometimes they don't have stock of a specific size. But they get in touch with you pretty fast and they offer refunds or alternative options. I love them!

The company is probably one of the largest and the most well-equipped military surplus stores in EU, if not the largest one. Their items are genuine and I’m very satisfied with the quality and with pricing. I would also add that I had a minor problem regarding one item and the customer support team (or employee) was very considerate and helpful.

I ordered 3 pairs of pants from them 2 months ago. A month later they contacted me asking me for more $ for the order I made over a month ago. Also, I paid for WORLDWIDE delivery, but over a month later delivery service contacted me saying that if I want my stuff to be delivered I have to pay them. Pay again? Today is 2 months later I still have no order that I paid for, no refund, no update on my refund. Very disappointed.

I've bought several times from them in the past, this time I bought 2 DPM knife sheaths marked as USED, I would like to bring the attention to everyone, that USED in every military surplus store in EU an US means faded, marking, my items came destroye i bought 2 used and both of them came destroyed " used" as in used until they became junk, they do not have a marking system on their products used in Grade A, B, C so " USED " will also mean Grade C or UNUASBLE/spare parts

i've also had issues with other items marked " Like new " and came in in Grade B

It's a gamble if your items are usable or not, upon discussions with the store they said " this is how they receive it from their supplier" conversation closed
