I had a wonderful experience speaking to Ffion who works for Milk Education. She explained my registration process really easily and in depth as well. She was very professional and kind as well. Would recommend the companies, and Ffion's services to everyone.

My experience applying and onboarding to Milk Education has been so refreshing and seamless compared to other educational agencies. The onboarding process at Milk was truly top-notch and hitch-free, with no gaps in communication. I owe everything to my associate consultant, Ffion Cleere, she is the warmest person ever, speaks very clearly, I can always reach out to her if I have concerns about anything regarding the application and onboarding process, she was always so excited to speak with me and is such an excellent employee that loves her job and it is evident. If most people were like her, working would never seem like a chore. I am really pleased with her and Milk Education.

I was already with a agency, but was getting work at very short notice it became very difficult to juggle family life and trying to be very flexible. Milk Education actually found me from my on-line c.v. Chris Verburg Head of Cheshire / N.Wales, soon got me in more of a routine, while still enjoying the diversity moving around schools. I am now much happier to be settled with a great agency

Such a fantastic agency to work with. George Abbott at Darlington is the man I communicate with regarding my work. He keeps me updated constantly, rings and texts when needed. I was contacted by Peter Dixon within hours of posting my CV on Indeed job search engine. From the get go Peter filled me with confidence and positivity that I would get employment as a primary teacher through his company, Milk Education. ( I have been having a very uncertain time latterly , especially regarding work. ) Peter's supportive and caring attitude plus his list of schools that ,in his opinion ,would be perfect for my working experience and knowledge gave me great hope. Unfortunately l had to wait 62 days for my DBS certificate to arrive and that caused me huge anxiety. Once again Peter reassured me that he would find a position. Which he did straight away. I am very happy to give this review as the rest of the team who i have spoken to have also been very polite and helpful

Outstanding service. My support officer ( Hannah at Leeds) goes out of her way to try and resolve any issues.
The support is exceptional. Wage is average for support staff.
They will not send you miles and miles away
They actually talk to you about placements beforehand and what to expect.
Just outstanding says it all.

Too short ... lack resource !!

I recently applied online for a job positive through Milk Academy. It was so easy and well laid out. I was called back by a gentleman named Andy, who was extremely helpful and very friendly. He explained to me fully about what the job entailed and I left the call feeling confident that I had been given all the information needed. I spoke to Andy again via video call where he asked me a few questions about myself and why I wanted this job.
I went online through the Milk Academy app and uploaded all of my documents quickly and easily. The app is so easy to navigate and my application process was quick and efficient.

I find this really excellent and I'm loving it.

Mental Health Awareness
Great so far in the two that Ive completed. One was a half day, I personally felt this was a bit long but thats me Im not great on computers for a certain amount of time. Ive heard that the average length should be 90 minutes then a break - I have to agree with this.
The other one was two hours which was better for me.
Both were very informative, interesting and invaluable content that I can use when back in the classroom.
The speaker had a great rapport with everyone and made you feel at ease.

For the 2019/20 academic year, you always did your best to find me roles. All communications with you were clear and straight forward. I look forward to working with you in 2020/21. Keep up the great work!

I’ve done 2 courses now with milk academy and they have both been very beneficial and informative. In the present climate, mental health is more important than ever and I feel that the courses have given me a good knowledge to use in the classroom

MHFA awareness CPD was interesting and the speaker was engaging.
