Following this, the package should be handed over to FedEx at this time if we would proceed with it. Additionally, we have upgraded your package to priority shipping at no extra cost, as per your request after you have placed an order.

As discussed directly, we made an exception to process your refund due to your upcoming vacation. We have done everything possible to resolve this to your satisfaction, including the requested refund just before the deadline.

As a resolution, we proposed an alternative by offering to replace the 3.00 rims with 2.50 rims. We understand this was not your preference, and we respect your decision to decline this option.

We treated your case exceptionally and forwarded the refund request to our administration department. The refund is on the way to your account. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, we will send you a free spare tire to compensate for all the inconvenience and stress this situation may have caused.

Regarding the tire compatibility, it’s a common oversight, but it sounds like you managed to resolve it efficiently by fitting an 80/80 tire on the 2.5" front rim. It’s reassuring to know that despite this initial hiccup, there were no issues with alignment or clearance afterward.

Please note that on our website, you can choose either “NO TIRE” or “NO TIRE + dish/offset” options. You chose “NO TIRE”, so the wheel was not dished. Also, we add a spoke key to each wheel so you can true the spokes on the wheel adequately to your tire size and needs.
