False listing & refusing to give a refund
Absolute joke of a company.
Purchased a BRIAN TOOLEY RACING kit, however they falsely advertised the product.
The listing shows the entire kit on the photos and listing however on a few parts arrived
We even paid extra $54 for quicker shipping but still received it late
Contacted Milkymotorsports and they blamed the manufacturer
Whilst refusing to provide a refund

This customer was informed that the photo was not a perfect representation of the item, as the same photo is used for multiple variations of the same item. This customer is trying to paint a picture that they paid for more than what they received, but they did not pay for anything they did not receive. They still demanded a refund, but did not receive one because we don't give out items for free, since they received exactly what they paid for. If the customer paid the higher price for what was in the photo, we would have happily sent them the missing items, but that wasn't the case.
It's disappointing that customers try to take advantage of us and then write bad reviews when they don't succeed.
Love this store
Love this store - I order items from them regularly and they always ship them to me in Australia quickly and for a fair shipping price. Very reliable and reasonable.

Extremely low-quality product not fit…
Extremely low-quality product not fit for high-end or any nice vehicles. Show me in this ad, anywhere it clearly states “this product is delivered with primer and must be painted.” I have a hard time finding it, and it is not as appears in photo black/glossy. Once your order is placed, you immediately get a disclaimer. Weird, but now I know why, they will ship you a crappy product. Buyer Beware, Stay Away!!!!!

We apologize for the confusion. There's a disclaimer on the product page stating "Test fitment of the product is required before any prepping or painting", which implies that the product comes unpainted. We make sure this disclaimer is stated between the title and price so that customers don't miss it, but some still do. Also, most body part product photos show the body part painted and installed, which is the industry standard, but doesn't mean the product is already painted. This trim piece is typically painted black, so the opportunity for confusion is a bit more likely, which is why we paid for return shipping and refunded you in full. We are disappointed you still gave us a bad review after we did everything we could to make it right.

Los intercambios de @ con Brandon fueron rápidos y muy atentos, el envío a España fue muy muy rápido y un precio más que razonable, las bases de los Recaro están perfectas, solo una pequeña modificación de un taladro, la fijación al coche perfecta.

Fast shipping - Excellent product
Purchased DV8 doors inserts for a 2016 JKUR 4-doors. Sturdy as it should, high quality as expected from DV8. Installation was a no-brainer. Milky was one of the few offering decent shipping time/rate for Canada. Quote / Invoice process was fast and easy. Product was also in stock. Great e-mail exchange with Brandon. I highly recommend.
