My item came very quickly. I was nervous since they were a Ukrainian company that there could be issues but I didn't encounter any. When the dress came the quality wasn't quite as anticipated but it also was a bit smaller than anticipated. I returned the dress quickly and easily and I received my refund promptly. Good customer service, just wish their items went a little bit larger.

Nice product but over priced as the quality was very second hand, not unhappy with the product but Just the price... I probably would have found cheaper locally

I fell in love with Milla Nova wedding dresses through Pinterest, so I decided to buy them online.
The attention of my advisor was spectacular,
tracking, shipping, packing, etc.
For the elaboration of the dress they sent me a series of measurements that they had to take and send them.
The dress suits me excellent and the finish is spectacular. I recommend it

I do not know where to start ... I came across Mila Nova's Instagram a few years ago ... I saw her amazing and beautiful dresses and I always knew that at my wedding I would only wear Mila Nova dresses. About six months ago I sent a message on Instagram and a lovely girl at the level named Julia Lieber answered me in customer service. Julia was very patient with me for all the months leading up to the wedding. Listened to my every request, every question, and was always available. Even in the difficult moments of the war in Ukraine, Julia always helped me. I have no words to thank the entire Mila Nova team and especially Julia Lieber for three perfect dresses! Extremely high quality, I have never seen such a classic design, delicate, special, with the highest quality and most luxurious fabrics in the world! In all the State of Israel I have not found a dress at a level like that of Mila Nova.
There is no person who does not ask where my beautiful dresses come from, and I am sure that any dress I will need in the future will be just from you! You are without a doubt the best !!! So I wanted to say thank you, thank you for making me feel like a princess, like Cinderella just like in dreams!

I first reached out to Milla Nova's Personal Stylist chat service last Nov 2021. I left my contact details and afterwards, someone from Milla Nova reached out to me, her name is Julia Liver. She was very helpful. She was engaging and answering all of my questions very well. She gave me all the information I needed. I reached out again in April and thankfully she replied. Julia helped me order the Frensis dress directly from the Milla Nova factory since it has been discontinued already and no longer available in their retailers, but still had the lace in the factory. I really appreciated this because instead of just saying sorry the dress has been discontinued, she went the extra mile to help me still get the dress of my dreams. During payment, there was a problem with the payment link, i.e. not having Germany in the list of countries for shipping, but Julia instructed me what to do and assured me that she will be totally responsible for my dress and shipping it to the correct address. As soon as the dress was ready for shipping, she informed me and provided me with a tracking link. She said it will make it by 15th of June and it made it to me a month before the promised date. And the dress is beautiful and fits perfectly. I am very happy with the finished product and with the wonderful customer service of Milla Nova. I am really impressed with the customer handling and the workmanship. Thank you very much for making me a happy customer and now a big Milla Nova fan. More power to your team!

Got in touch with the sales team as the dress I wanted wasn't available to try on in Ireland or the UK. It wasn't in stock so they sent me on the measurement and length of the top to skirt so I could picture the shape. They were great to get in touch with and the dress exceeded my expectations once it arrived
