They provided false information about the software capabilities. Their salesperson used Ai to communicate false information, and didn't bother checking the information was accurate.

They refuse to accept responsibility and won't help find alternative solutions.

The software isn't developed by their company - they only assemble the machine (very poorly). Missing screws, missed weld spots, missing parts, used and scratched mirrors. They also refuse to send replacement parts, claiming their factory doesn't make mistakes and therefore isn't responsible.

Be cautious of the legitimacy of the positive reviews. They were written within a few days of each other.

I'm thrilled to share my experience with MimoWork Laser! Their laser machine has been an absolute game-changer for my business. Not only is it beautifully designed, but its advanced and automatic features have made our work so much easier and more efficient.

I bought MimoWork's laser engraver to mass-produce coasters, and it was my first time working with laser technology. I'd like to give a big shout-out to Nick for his outstanding service. He's a highly professional technician who speaks fluent English. Nick taught me how to use the laser cutting machine, how to set the software, and how to select the appropriate materials. He even provided some design references of similar products from China. The level of service exceeded my expectations by far. Before making the purchase, I was concerned about receiving proper support when buying directly from China, but they completely alleviated my worries. It has truly been a whole new experience, and I can feel they truly care about me.

The machine works perfectly. I like the machine design and their aftersales service is truly exceptional.

We had been in communication for almost six months because, as you know, investing in a laser machine is not a small matter. Amy provided me with references from their European clients, and I reached out to each one of them. I even visited one of their clients to see the machine in action and learn from their experience. After returning, I immediately placed my order.

Upon receiving the equipment, Amy arranged for Mr. Lee to provide training for me. Throughout the process, Amy maintained constant communication to ensure that both myself and my two employees could independently operate the fabric cutting machine. Despite Amy being a sales representative, she demonstrated a profound familiarity with laser software operations, and her expertise truly aided me throughout the journey.

Ni Hao, I'm from Thailand, and I own a patch & label factory. I have been using laser to cut embroidery patches for decade, and it was time for my factory to upgrade several lasers. So I made a trip to China to visit a few suppliers last months, and MimoWork was one of them. Their factory appeared old but well-maintained and tidy.
What ultimately led me to choose them was observing their workers, who seemed the busiest among all the factories I visited. Additionally, MimoWork was the only supplier that had its own sheet metal and hardware processing capabilities. They could offer a wide range of customization options for their machines. Drawing from my previous experience with lasers, I shared some of my ideas, and their engineers proposed new solutions that increased the automation level for cutting woven labels. I highly recommend them, and I can't wait to receive my new machines.
