Had trouble with my Mina card saying…
Had trouble with my Mina card saying invalid at charge points I had previously used. I spoke to Sam who chased it for me, she was so so helpful and kept me updated regularly with what was going on and managed to get my card working again.

i have a very good experience every time i interact with the Mina team and the product work perfectly for my Business.
I have been working with Mina for the supply of charging services for my fleet users for a few months now. My experience has been very good and the solutions found and all the interaction with the team spot on. 5 star service.
I am lucky enough to have had an EV charger installed at my property for my works vehicle. Each time I have had to contact Mina with a question they have been extremely quick to reply and explain everything very thoroughly. Each person I have spoken to has definitely delivered five star customer service.

Small business EV fleet made easy....
I found Mina after reading an AutoCar blog discussing EV fleet management and the future challenges. The discussions where interesting and Mina sounded like it fit the bill for us as a small company.
I tried it for a month and did exactly what it said on the tin, easy, as expected and for a very reasonable price. We have now onboarded all our (small) fleet of vehicles and couldn't be happier.
When I visit my own customers and we inevitably get talking about EV's and Tesla's etc. I always recommend Mina for managing company car and fleet charging, it has made things much easier and simpler for us. Especially in what seems a bit of a complicated and tricky area.
