Charlotte has recently been working with my 11-year old. She has made a huge difference to the issues he was facing and has also instilled confidence in him along the way. The sessions were varied which kept him engaged. She researched his interests and used these to support her techniques which was a real win for him. Her calm, friendly manner meant that my son felt at ease. I would recommend Charlotte's service.

What an incredible experience we had with Charlotte from Mind Matters Therapy.
I can’t thank her enough for the help she gave our 6 year old daughter.
Charlotte engaged with Isabelle straight away, she took the time to get to know her, what she enjoyed, what she disliked, what she reacts well to.
She didn’t worry when Isabelle wasn’t ready to connect and took her time when she was working with her.
She was there to work with Isabelle and help us for as long as we needed her.
Charlotte managed a huge break through with Isabelle, something that me and the entire family have tried working towards for months.
I am extremely grateful to Charlotte for all of her help. Nothing ever seemed too much for her.
I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for help with their little ones.
