Great product and delivery the package they deliver the product was packaged tight. Really professional. I also recommend looking what they have in stock it was hard for me to find the specific RAM and they had it, thank you for your time.

I had a great experience with Mineaway. I initially received a MacBook that had an MDM lock issue, but Harrison and the team were incredibly helpful and professional. They arranged a courier to collect the unit and swapped it for a perfect, clean replacement within days. Excellent customer service and clear communication. I sent emails that the product doesn't not work and they have not responded to since. 2 emails

🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁 waited 3 days for them to get back to me about a product exchange. When I finally called them to about an update.. their staff just said they forgot. Really? I spoke to three people about this, you ALL forgot?
