I had the entire rack synced to my pool in under 30 minutes. The setup was impressively seamless. No IP discovery loops, no firmware glitches, and the control boards are all the latest revision. I particularly appreciate that the units came with clean official factory firmware.
They have earned my loyalty! The miners I received last week were factory-sealed, fresh and no issue so far. Clean kernel logs and zero errors!
Most sellers just throw a rig in a cardboard box. These guys used double-walled reinforced foam and moisure-wicking wrap. The crate arrived without even a dented corner despite travelling across three borders. They treat the gear like the high-value investment it is.
I've had my share of duds in the past, but the ASIC units from here are top-tier binnings. After 48-hour burn in period, the chip frequencies are rock solid with zero 'X' errors in the dashboard. It's rare to find a vendor that perform like this.

I ordered a miner from Miners Market in April of 2025. It was supposed to have been delivered on May 6th. On May 6th I got a delivery notification from FedEx that it had been delivered, but there had been no FedEx truck at my door and I did not receive it (I had full view of my driveway during the supposed delivery time and no one arrived). I called FedEx, who confirmed that the delivery had been made, but not to my address, just somewhere else in my city. The delivery slip was signed by someone who's name I didn't recognize. They advised that that was all the information they could give me because Miners Market was their customer and not me, and they advised me that Miners Market would have to be the ones to sort out the delivery issue.
I contacted Miners Market, who initially questioned whether or not I had actually received the product, but through email correspondence over the next few weeks they confirmed that the package had been misdelivered by FedEx and that they were working with FedEx to resolve the issue.
This went on for several months. I had numerous interactions with Miners Market customer services where they claimed to be actively working to resolve the issue. The responses from their customer support team all appear to have been AI generated. Sometimes I would get a response back to my inquiry within a couple of hours, but often the trail would die down and only after repeated attempts by me to contact them would they respond. I repeatedly asked them for copies of the correspondence with FedEx to confirm that they were actually trying to address the issue with them, but they consistently refused to provide any information.
Miners Market claims that they are unable to offer me a refund until they had settled their claim with FedEx, which is of course completely untrue. The Consumer Protection Act of Ontario clearly states that it is the responsibility of the seller to deliver the product and that after 30 days of non-delivery I am entitled to a refund, regardless of any ongoing claims with the shipper. Throughout my conversations with customer support they refused to acknowledge my rights and their obligations under this Act. I reached out to the authorities that govern the Consumer Protection Act and they confirmed Miners Market's obligation to provide me with a refund, and directed me to file an action against Miners Market in small claims court.
I arrived at the conclusion that I would have to go the small claims route, but I loathe the thought of having to go to court. I called Miners Market one last time to see if they would resolve the issue without having to go that route. I spoke with their customer service agent who started again investigating the issue. Through various conversations he again confirmed that the package had been misdelivered by FedEx. He said that they were actively pursuing the case with FedEx, and he committed that once they received resolution from FedEx that they would issue me a refund as well as compensate me for the mining revenue I had lost. I was supposed to have received the miner 5 months ago, and during that time not only has Miners Market kept my money, but I have not been generating the revenue that I would have received had it been delivered.
My last interaction with that agent was a month ago. My messages both to him and to the general customer support line have gone unanswered. It appears that Miners Market has no intention of issuing me a refund or compensating me for my losses.
I find it very troubling that, as a Canadian, I get better service from companies based in Hong Kong than from Canadian companies.
[Update Oct 17, 2025] My calls and emails to this company continue to go unanswered, despite the company's claims otherwise in their response to this review. The only thing that they have done is attempt to have this review removed, twice. The most recent one is for providing personal information (the customer service agent's first name, which I have since reviewed from my review). Ironically, they themselves have provided the same agent's name themselves in responses to reviews of customers that have had better experiences than I have. Their most recent correspondence to me, from six weeks ago, says that they are continuing to work the case with the delivery company but again, despite their claims otherwise in their response to this review, they continue to refuse to provide me with any evidence that they are actually pursuing this with the delivery company.
[Update Dec 24th, 2025] My calls and emails to customer support continue to go unanswered. They have left me no choice but to pursue my claim in court.
