Last night was my first Mingleo event. The location was great, perfect for conversation. The people at my table were of different life backgrounds, ethnicities, and careers all in similar places in their lives looking for friendship and conversation. The conversation was engaging and the entire experience was low-stress. It's nice to have a place where the gay community can engage outside of 'apps', where we might engage with people in similar places in their lives looking for connection. I had a great evening, and I'll be doing it again.

Last night was only my second meeting. The first one the restaurant was way too loud, but last night was great. Good food and we were able to sit where we could have easy conversation. It worked out great because only two of us showed up. We were able to sit and just talk about a variety of topics.

It’s enjoyable meeting new people for dinner. It’s fun going to places I would not normally go to by myself. Occasionally they have a last minute change of venue because lat minute cancels from guests but in Montreal everything is close soneasuntonget to other venue.

Welcoming group of dinner companions. Interested in attending future dinners and getting to know the attending people from tonight as well as more people.

To start the venue was absolutely beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. The group that was collated was such a beautiful arrangement of different ethnicities, backgrounds, careers, ages and interests. This is my first time and I really would recommend anyone to give this go and open your eyes to a brand new experience.

The conversations flowed, the laughter was plenty and the company was eclectic. I will definitely be booking another experience in the near future as this was such a welcome escape/relief from the routine of my life as it currently stands.

Well done mingleo, you’ve done a fantastic job.

There are only two locations for the UK, Liverpool and London. How can you claim to be for the UK with two destinations???? I'm glad I saw this before I finished the sign up process.

I knew it too late

No pressure atmosphere. The men were interesting, friendly, and easy to talk to and the restaurant was a perfect setting with great food.

I had a great time! I was a little nervous going in, but everyone was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. Such a great concept!

This was my first time and I did not know what to expect. I enjoyed myself and I would do it again. I would like to see experiences closer to my home in Boca Raton. There were also people from Miami and perhaps also have experiences there as well

Six gay guys who don't know each other sit at a table and share a meal. An hour and a half later all are sated and happy. No, it wasn't an orgy...This time. Seriously, matchmaking gay guys is like herding cats. Good luck to all of us. We had a great time, animated conversation and good food. Perfect.

It was interesting. Obviously you can’t be a match with everyone. The one man I was seated next to made the evening. Restaurant was kind of loud so not easy to hear the other side of the table. Everyone attended and I would attend another one again.

It was my first Mingleo event and I was very pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it. There were several other first time guys attending and it a very good venue. The nice thing was there we at least two people I’d enjoy staying in contact with. All in all a great experience and evening out.

It was amazing. I was able to get to know some other people, different way to express and think about life, type of jobs and taste of life! I think if all of you are in the right spot with the same reasons to be there, he will be a really good night and in my case it was it.

I like having an excuse to get the house and hopefully try a new restaurant and meet new people. Even if theres no connection, its good to get out more and just talk to new people.

The downsides, they need an actual app badly. Their direct competitor has one and it makes so much a better user experience.

I like that Mingleo had a large user base but I’m really not convinced that the matching profile does anything. If they could do some quality of life adjustments the service could be so much better.

I’d never heard about these types of events before, but the concept is great!! I’ve outgrown the club scene, and not had much luck on apps. So thought I’d try this. Tonight was only my second event, but so far it has been great experiences. The locations are great, and most of the people are great. The conversations are great. I HIGHLY recommend giving this a try… worst case scenario, you meet a variety of people, and make some friends. It’s a win win!!

I have enjoyed making friends with multiple people who have consistently attended the Mingleo events. I also like that you are choosing venues that are for locals not necessarily the strip for tourists.Locals usually do not like going to the strip. I have been a resident of Las Vegas for the past 40 years, so if you need suggestions I would love to help. Enjoy your day.

I wasn't sure about the meeting for dinner at first, even though I'd passed the restaurant a couple of times, as it was not easy to find. Eventually, I found it and went in and asked the waitress, Mingleo. She took me to the table of eloquent gentlemen of different walks of life. I would say they were all charmingly wonderful in their own way. It was an evening of grace and decorum. I enjoyed it very much.

My reason for attending was to make new friends. Everyone in the group was friendly and each was different than the next (naturally). I was happy with the group, I felt comfortable with them although the noise level was too much for good conversation I enjoyed the humor, learning about their backgrounds but since it was my first meeting I didn’t share much but enough to get acquainted. I hope some included in the next group.
