The quality of this product is completely unrelated to how it is portrayed in the pictures online. This is a dressed up website for selling Amazon products at a marked up profit. The cushion does not stay at the angle it promises and offers no support for reflux, and the arm support they include is whimsical at best - don’t be conned by this company. Once you have bought the product they stop responding regardless of how you try to reach out and the returns policy, which seems fair at first glance, is merely for show as they take advantage of parents trying to get the best for their children. What a shameful team and organisation. Very disappointed.

Can only echo others in here. Ordered 1st January as Christmas gift, only to be told about production delays numerous times. Now being ignored in mid-January. Wish I’d read before paying.

Scam! Never received order and now they are uncontactable

Think we have also been scammed the chair we placed never was delivered. after many messages to them and contacting them telling us that we are experiencing delays the website as gone down!! And no way to contact them looks like we are not the only ones :(

Total scam. Similar to others. Placed an order for €120 in April. Was told delay in products via email but never received anything. Now emails bouncing and website down. Total theft and scam.

Ordered €80 baby carrier & nothing received. Blocked me on instagram, emails bouncing back also website isn’t valid no more.

Disgusting, waited o the carrier for over a month, now got a new one & my baby does not like carriers no more, they took not only my money but great times with my baby.

Similar experience to other reviews. We ordered months ago, chased and received a lovely email explaining the delay and that our item would be posted by the end of May.
I've still yet to receive the item, or tracking, so followed up and my email has bounced. Unfortunately I think I've lost my money and been scammed.

SCAMMERS!!!! I ordered over a month ago, now the website and instagram page has vanished and my emails are bouncing back. DO NOT buy from these pirates. I am now disputing with Natwest to try and get my money back.

I wish I had read these comments before placing my order.
I decided to buy one of their products because I kept seeing ads on Instagram, and they promised delivery within 2–3 business days. The day after I placed the order, the delivery time increased significantly, so I decided to cancel my order. However, they told me it wasn’t possible because it was already ready to be shipped.

I contacted them again after 10 days, and they assured me the order had been shipped. However, I couldn’t track it, and there was no update on their website—the status still showed as “order confirmed.”

I then decided to message them on Instagram, but they didn’t respond. When they finally did, they immediately asked me not to leave negative comments and to reply to their Instagram messages (pathetic). After 15 minutes of exchanging messages where they apologized, they stopped responding and disappeared.

Luckily, I received my order, but I wanted to return it because I no longer needed it. That’s when, mysteriously, their website stopped working and they stopped replying altogether. I’ve been trying to contact them for two weeks with no success—neither by email nor Instagram. Their Instagram profile also seems to have become inactive.

Placed an order beginning of May. Received nothing so we chased, said they'd been a delay. Waited for chair to arrive, nothing so asked to cancel and wanted a refund. Got an email saying they understood and would proccess refund. Nothing! Now the emails are bouncing. Guess we've lost our money and been scammed too.
Better off going to Argos like we ended up doing and a lot cheaper!

Ordered over a month ago and nothing came, they kept telling me to wait and now the website is shut down and I have lost 45€

I placed an order worth €80 and never received the product. After weeks of waiting, I tried to contact the company multiple times – no response whatsoever. Now their website is completely shut down, and they’re ignoring all emails. This is blatant theft. I feel completely scammed and want to warn others: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. They’ve taken the money and vanished. Avoid at all costs.

It's a scam. Orders never come. The stuff is cute but don't fall for it. I reported them through my credit card.

Got scammed too… Made an order and never arrived a month later. The website is gone and no one to email or call to chase now.

Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing - this is a SCAM. Item never arrived and when I replied to their email saying it would be sent out last week, the email bounced and they’ve clearly deleted their account.

Anche io ho ordinato ormai 1 mese fa, non è arrivato niente. Il link che ho nella mail di conferma per monitorare l’ordine non funziona più e neanche il sito web quindi sono abbastanza certa che ormai non arriverà niente.
