I order from this company through an ad on Instagram in early January. I saw it was coming from China so expected a longer delivery time. once it said it was delivered I checked the mailbox and ring camera for delivery, no package was found. I reached out to mini blaster customer service and they said give it a few extra days as delivery info could be wrong. a few days past still no package. emailed customer service again and was told I need to reach out to the courier and ask for proof of delivery. The courier was yanwen (never heard of before) they sent me pictures of the delivery. It was delivered to the wrong building, I don't know why these pictures weren't sent with the delivered email as I could have spotted the mishandling and check the other building on delivery day. I check the building it was delivered to and no package. I reach out to the courier and mini blaster customer service and tell them what happened. they both asked for proof of the delivery being the wrong building. I take pictures that show where it was delivered to match the ones the courier took and pictures showing my building that they weren't the same. email both companies and they say they will look into it and get back as soon as they can. no response back for the next 7 days, I contacted customer service to see if they have any updates and if I could just get a full refund at this point. customer service tells me to keep waiting as they have filed a claim with the courier and was waiting on a response. 7 more days have past still nothing. You would think an honest company would refund the customer as they could clearly see the courier mishandled the delivery, then they could proceed to get reimbursed from the courier. nope I'm out the money with no product really disappointing and reflects the kind of business this company does. Don't waste your time or money on poor un-American companies who looking to profit of the American economy. Avoid Miniblaster

Scam company. Toy guns will not work as advertised. Cheap scam, low quality stuff from China. Don't ever buy anything off of a Facebook ad.

I ordered 1 of their guns on December 7th, 2025- keep in mind that the ads that i saw on multiple different platforms stated that if ordered by December 15th, my item would arrive in time for Christmas. That has not been the case for me. The shipping/delivery tracking shows that it hasnt even been processed to ship yet and its now past 30 days. I have mailed the company and havent gotten a reply at all so I emailed the -Shop App- as thats where I ordered it so hoping they can do something if the actual company isn't going to. I would not order from this company. Spend your money on a better product with better customer service

its a cool toy but you don’t get everything as advertised I payed $72 for 2 guns and I knew it would be fun and could also teach my little cousin gun safety but unfortunately the guns don’t work 100% the way an actual functioning fire arm should like it was advertised. Definitely cheap guns not worth the price at all and when you load the gun and put a bullet in the chamber or use the slider button mechanism it always shoots out a bullet which a fire arm shouldn’t do and it was advertised that the gun functions like a real fire arm.

One star is generous. This is about as bad as it gets for an online purchase. I paid nearly $80 for a $12 toy. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Ordered early December and received after New Year. My mistake.

The biggest rip off of hard earned Christmas for the 2025 year! The disappointment is unmatched. The money back guarantee is a joke. I spent $70 on two pistols and they would only credit me back $12 to my credit card and said keep them. That alone speaks volumes. And to advertise them as great for training kids couldn't be farther from the truth. They should be sued for misrepresentation and fraud. I've bought better toy guns at Dollar tree. Everytime I commented on Facebook trying to warn people they would delete my comment. Pure junk!

Ordered December 4 which should have been plenty of time for Xmas delivery. Sent email and was told it was coming. Got notified it left CHINA on December 17. No way this will arrive on time. Never again and would not recommend

They do not meet their shipping deadlines. Paid for expedited shipping, did not receive my item by the ETA. Tracking from China shows little movement.

Product simply doesn’t work as advertised. It looks cool and fun, but just don’t plan on actually “firing” the ammo. Luckily it came with a stand, so that’s what’ll be used for.

Website won’t recognise my card payment details couldn’t even purchase the item

I'm still waiting for the goods and for them to reply my email.

Delivery took a while, thought i was scammed at first. Everything came in the end though, nothingmissing. The gun works perfectly. The laser is good.

Took forever to come, and when it finally arrived the guns were unreliable when you pulled the trigger, and one of them was broken when it came out of the packaging so doesn't work at all. (Review by 11 year old).
The company answered my emails about delivery quickly and politely, but the product is unusable so my son very disappointed.

Tracking number does not work and there are no updates on the shipping after almost a week. Also snuck in a $5 shipping protection charge that I don’t ever remember seeing in my transaction.

Really worried I just spent $80 on nothing

I had a small question after ordering, and the support team replied quickly and politely. My order arrived within the expected time frame, and the blaster looks exactly like in the videos.

It’s honestly one of those things you buy just for fun — and it delivers! Really satisfying to use, and it feels like a unique little gadget you don’t see every day.

Wir haben den Miniblaster vor etwa einem Monat bestellt, aber bisher ist nichts angekommen. Konkrete Antworten auf unsere Frage, wie lange es noch dauert, gab es nicht. Die ständige Unklarheit bezüglich der Lieferzeit hat uns extrem verärgert. Was uns noch mehr verwirrt, ist, dass wir vor ungefähr einem Monat eine Versandbestätigung erhalten haben und die ganze Zeit die Information bekommen haben, dass das Produkt auf dem Weg zu uns ist. Zudem haben wir eine E-Mail erhalten, dass das Produkt am 05.02.2025 verpackt und verschickt wird. Fünf Tage später haben wir erneut nachgefragt, wie lange es noch dauern wird, und die Antwort war, dass diese Modelle nicht im Lager sind und es länger dauern wird. Das ist absolut unseriös und definitiv nicht empfehlenswert!

Das Paket hatte sooo lange bis es ankam (kam aus China!). Dann die Verpackung! Nur lose in Folie eingewickelt, Adressetikette drauf, fertig! Nix mit schön die Einzelteile in einer Schachtel. Waren natürlich viele Kratzer drauf. Ganz billiges, dünnes Plastik! Normalpreis wäre 114.- in Aktion 57.-
Für diese Qualität viel zu teuer. Produktionskosten von geschätzt 2.-!

Es hat laut Post Nachverfolgung fast 2 Monate gedauert bis die Blaster die ich bestellt habe irgendwo angekommen sind.
Ich habe sie NICHT Erhalten Kunden Support IGNORIERT meine Anfragen.
Ist es etwa eine BETRUGMASCHE?
Laut Nachverfolgung würde das Paket reingewirfen was bei einen Briefkasten Schlitz nicht möglich ist
