Minicab Airport Transfer レビュー 

Booked and prepaid. Had email confirmation and transaction receipt. Did not turn up to airport at 9 pm at night, incredibly inconvenient after a long flight and customer service was absolute rubbish. Called them, they said driver was on the way, I asked for the registration. They sent me three different registrations. One after the other. They then stopped answering my phone calls, absolute disaster will never ever use again. Be warned.

I don’t normally check taxi company’s on Trust Pilot but I wish I had this time. How hard can it be to drive someone from A to B after all? Within minutes of making the booking I was called by “Alex” who said that there was an error in the booking payment and that I owed more money, an extra £10 processing fee despite this being listed in the cost. I decided to cancel as this made the cost more expensive. I called back to be told no phone cancellations, reply to the email confirmation. The email bounced back, so I called back and was given a gmail account to email. This I did then received a response saying there was a 15% processing fee for cancellations, of course. I fell for the old adage of “if it looks too good to be true it probably is” and is was only £10 better! Avoid.

Very poor service. I recommend avoiding this company!
The driver asked for additional money; the actual cost is not as quoted.
Also the level of cleaning and hygiene was very poor.

The company rang me up less than 24 hours before the cab was due to arrive and said they didn't have any cars in Scotland, although they had the exact address from my order. I'm still waiting to see whether I get my deposit back...

I booked a taxi for my sons to be picked up in Cardiff, not only didn’t the taxi arrive, but there was no contact from the driver. They only knew it wasn’t coming when they rang the office. No explanation or apology was given and no alternative transportation was offered. This resulted with them having to organise their own transport late at night. I only got a refund after I reported them to PayPal. I wonder if the driver ever existed.

Extra Charges occurred because my flight to Gatwick was delayed by an hour. They charged me an extra £30 "because the driver had been waiting". This was an outright lie. The driver concerned was an Uber driver who had just been booked minutes before he collected me and was not waiting for an hour. They are scammers and avoid. Just book an Uber instead

It's a scam, they just book uber or nothing and overcharge you double.

Booked airport pickup specifically to include an appropriate/ legal baby seat. All confirmed days ago.
On day of travel they advised I had to pay more to get the baby seat. I was travelling & couldn’t contact them.
On landing had to keep contacting them to see what was going on. Driver eventually turned up 45 mins late.
Car was scruffy mini bus. The baby seat was in boot covered in rubbish & not suitable for an infant.
Appalling service - avoid at all costs.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Booked a taxi to pick me up from a wedding, they never showed up and when I called, never had any intention to turn up. Very unreliable, took my deposit days ago. Avoid at all costs

Great service. Booked online and paid in advance for a 4am pick-up to get to Stansted.
My driver, Petar, was on-time (actually a little early to avoid continuous time-checking), friendly, and very helpful. Nice car, big boot, all very comfortable.
Will use them next trip. Recommended

Good communication, and reliable friendly driver.
More expensive than normal but good service
