First delivery didn't came as ordered but problem was solved quickly and well. Items came in great condition and fresh! I would recommend company to everyone.

The quality and freshness of products was great but I would have liked to get something more colourful like purple basil or edible flowers (I ordered a small box).

Quality of micro greens is the best in the market. Perhaps because this independent company harvests their crops at night to optimise the freshness. They care about their produce and their customers. I had a last minute pop up Japanese restaurant in Peckham to prepare for and Jamie arranged for someone to go back to their farm in Deptford, harvest and send it in a taxi for me to pick up within 2 hours. Now that is going above and beyond. Due to this commitment to deliver I’m especially proud to use them for my company.

Pros: As a regular customer of Minicrops, I really am blown away with the quality of their produce and business week-on-week. I am firm believer in fresh sustainably farmed produce and Minicrops doesn't fail to deliver - their array of greens and herbs have seriously opened my eyes, or should I say palete, to the rich intense flavours that I simply cannot find else where -- Honestly you need to try them! And having my orders havested the same day as delivery, is an incomparable service that really does guarantee freshness like no other. If you're a keen foodie (like I am) with an emphasis on healthy eating, then Minicrops is the quintessential go to.

What a great idea! I love that MiniCrops harvest in the wee hours so that the produce is as fresh as possible. I’ve tried many of the varieties and liberally sprinkle them on everything from avocado on toast to main meals. They taste amazing, enhance the look of food and are packed with vitamins. Would highly recommend this company.

Still not received any produce even after initial order and the promise of sending out a replacement twice - so cannot comment on the product itself - very disappointing

Following on from the suppliers response, I do not want this to turn into a too and fro spat, but I would like to ensure the record is straight (and can also post the relevant emails back and forth should you like the clarification)....

I was sent this review he sent response and was responded due to the following ...

Ordered a selection of mini crop which never arrived.
I Followed up post delivery as I had expected and delivery and had paid for . I was informed the driver had delivered else where by mistake but I would be given a full refund and as good will a further delivery would be sent out in the next few days. I said I was disappointed and would have to quickly go to borough market as I needed them for that evening but thanked them. I responded to the email with a positive response thanking them and looked forward to receiving the delivery as I was keen to find a local supplier for micro greens for personal use, as a chef, and was keen to try their produce and make it work as I have a events, hospitality business, a restaurant and F&B consultant and a cookery school.

A few days passed and followed up with a further email (as there is no telephone number for contact purposes) I informed them they still unfortunately hadn’t arrived, the food will gesture and received a subsequent email back apologizing once again and said sorry for the mix up and we would still be sending out a delivery. This didn’t arrive and then received the email from the agent trustpoint - and put my review. As I could review something I never received!

I then received minicrops response which I find quite antagonistic and uncalled for as I was only go with what they had offered not what I had asked for. Please do not offer something you are not going to honor or promise and then add additional rebutted comment such as outside delivery zone as this was never even mentioned plus I am within and paid for delivery as per your order form on your site and was never even mentioned.

As our communication started I know mistakes happen and I was happy with and pleased with your offered resolution and now has turned into me feeling rather annoyed by the response and not keen to use or recommend your produce especially within the industry I am in and my clients which was keen in doing as there is a demand for the produce.

These products are phenomenal, I was looking for mirco herbs everywhere, I found them but they were so costly until I came over to Minicrops in Borough market. They are affordable and the quality of the product is great. The prices are genuinely great.

I love this business model and believe that there needs to be more small business start ups promoting a healthy lifestyle and good food products. I have spoken with the management a few times and keep up to date with their social media too. I recently ordered a selection of their products and everyone who tried them were very impressed.

Everyone should support Minicrops and purchase their products. Your money will not only be helping a very important start up to succeed but will also be incorporating great nutritional foods that taste great into your family diet. Its a win win :)

You have just got to try the mini-leeks. Intensity of flavour is off the scale. Amazing.

This business really knows how to look after their customers! There was a problem with the delivery of my order, I let them know and the owner hand delivered a new order so that my Saturday dinner party wasn't affected.

Excellent customer service from my 1st initial contact and all the way through to delivery. I was given great suggestions by the team as to which micro herbs will best suit my menus. All my guests were very impressed and enjoyed the variety of minicrops. I definitely will be ordering again and certainly recommend Minicrops!
