I understand how long it takes to create a model from a picture, but the website should have been more clear on that. Once we received the model, we could not access the instructions for about 1 month as the site it links to is in China or some other country that does not always play nice for US-based ISPs. We finally were able to access the instructions. What I find inexcusable is the lack of decent customer service as they only offer chat but don't actually staff it from what I have experienced. The model I got for my 82-year-old dad is missing a part but I have never heard back from them. Very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. Sent the product and it looked awful. They already have an f150 raptor so I thought it would look similar being a lowered f150 but no its a box on wheels. Also they completely ghosted me after I discovered they included absolutely no instructions.

Honestly.. it took way to long for me to get the packages, I thought I wouldn’t get them in time for a Christmas present, they arrived only with a few days left for me to wrap them, and when they were built, there were missing pieces (4 pieces) and most of the pieces didn’t fit right, we had to shove them together and then be extremely careful with the build, it ruined a time I had planned for a while and genuinely made me very upset, not only that but it was also pretty expensive, waste of money and time and ruined what was supposed to be a good memory.

I received my custom build in March, I was very excited! Unfortunately, 7 months later I am still waiting for someone to respond to the multiple emails and messages I have sent to try and get the QR code with the building instructions.

The car that was supposed to be a mini copy of mine looked nothing like it was the wrong colour and after waiting nearly 6 months for it I was severely dissapointed but they wouldn't do anything about it.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEYYOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED AND FEEL RIPPED OFF!!!

They took over 6 months to shipping the custom order, the project is not even close to my car, and after I build it I saw the same car on they website, they just change the color and charge me extra for that, the pieces doesn’t fit well, the instructions are confusing, so don’t buy a custom order.

It took a long time to get but was a good likeness and build. Worth the wait

I ordered a custom set for myself last year for the holidays. It took forever to ship and I received it 4 months later. In that time, an email went out and it appeared that this company was unable to fulfill holiday orders in a timely manner and they were offering refunds minus a 20% restocking fee. I went ahead and waited patiently only for my order to arrive without building instructions. I’ve reached out via email and leaving a review on the website. I have heard nothing back and am annoyed to have spent $100 for a bag of bricks that cost a fraction of that.

Terrible customer service, I never received my order and didn’t get a refund for anything and when I tried to reach out to the team, I got no response after SEVERAL attempts. Don’t trust!

This was possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. The car was a basic ford ranger and it came out looking like a mail truck. when i contacted them about the issues expecting a resolutions they told me it wasn’t possible and they were sending it off anyway and that no refund was allowed. the worst money i’ve ever spent. this place is a scam and the reason they don’t put reviews directly on their website is because of how bad it is.

My model looks great - but the design is floored.
1. The front wheels are squashed against the wheel humps, so do not turn - they are wedged-in. As a result, the car doesn't roll.
2. The whole front of the car is only held to the rest by 3 studs. It falls off constantly, so the car 'breaks in half'.
3. Pieces were missing from my build. I had to raid the kids' old lego sets to find the missing parts, and they're not the right colour.

Slow but great. Was it worth the wait? Yes I think it was but it was a frustrating wait.

Car was great. Custom number plate was a very odd aspect ratio.

Overall good.

Ordered a GTR-R34 for my partner as a Christmas gift, since it was their favourite. Order arrived on time, instructions were mostly clear and we had a lot of fun building it.

Waited months. It did not look like the car I submitted but just a generic black SUV. I do not recommend.

Absolutely dreadful company. Ordered a custom car from them for a Christmas present for my partner, the product took 5 months to arrive despite an estimated delivery time of 2-3 weeks. More importantly, when it did arrive, the product was not buildable with several key pieces missing. Avoid.

Awesome model with easy to follow instructions. Well worth the price as compared to competitors products.

Waited almost a year for kit-when received there were no instructions included-emailed situation-no response!

I understand that orders during a high demand time, but not receiving instructions on how to assemble my kit is pretty unacceptable. I asked for instructions multiple times and was told they would be sent my way, but they never came. Eventually customer service stopped replying. So that tells me everything I need to know about the company as a whole. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from Minicubez.

After taking over 4 months to develop and send my product, it did not have a complete set of parts. I contacted them, and they even confirmed and asked me to take pictures, which I sent, of the car and the missing parts. I've heard nothing and am currently still waiting for those parts.

That said, I'm still not excited by the build. It doesn't look like my car at all, and I don't know that I'd even want to display it. Might as well throw the parts in my general Lego bin for cousins and nephews and nieces to play with.

Just an overall terrible experience, and I would not recommend doing business with them.
