Ordered A full Bedroom set and I'm super satisfied with the whole experience. The quality of the furniture is excellent and the customer support was very helpful along the way.
Now Minimal & Modern is my go to website for home furniture !

We ordered TOV Bar stool back to early September, i always shop on wayfair or hayneedle, but that bar stool was out stock everywhere, then i find this website, online it says delivered within 7-10 days, i was so happy so i bought 3!! Two days after they send me email and saying this is back order will be delivered somewhere mid Otc 2018, we waited because we love that chair and we can't buy it anywhere anyway.
Today is the 30th OCT, we still haven't got anything, called few times to check status, first time someone said, it's out for delivery. we waited few days for tracking number, nothing!!!
Then called again, someone said will follow up with manufacturer and call me back, few days passes, no one call!
Called again today, i got same answer that they will check the status and even ask me call back later. I called back the phone just display music over and over. I am disputing my transactions with my bank!
Waste of time!

Love Love Love my Bed! I was nervous since I was buying an almost $1K piece for the first time with this company that I’ve never heard of. They contacted me by email to confirm my order; it came in perfect condition and it is Beautiful.!!!! I can’t wait to complete my bedroom make over.

Unbelievable. They went ahead and charged my credit card and it’s been almost 2 months and no chair or communication. I cannot believe I got scammed. I paid $225 for the Beatrix TOV chair in Navy from this site and they tell me it was backordered. I said that was okay and waited. It is past that date now and now I’m getting no response to my emails and phone calls asking about the status. I sent another email and phone message asking to cancel and for my money back and no response whatsoever. My credit card company will be investigating them and giving me back my payment. Please stay away. I am a lawyer myself and I fell for this scam and their positive reviews on this site. They’ve had my money for over a month with no communication regarding my merchandise. Shame on them and this is down right fraud. I will be reporting this business to the authorities as well. You cannot take and hold people’s money while not delivering the goods. This is illegal and violates international commerce rules (your credit card will show a charge from Toronto).

The site has such a beautiful selection of pieces I wanted it all! I furnished pretty much my entire living room with TOV pieces and I could not be happier with the aesthetic. The fabrics and craftmanship are such high quality it looks like I spent a fortune and hired a designer but it was all very affordable. Customer service was good and I love that it came with free shipping too!

I usually don't leave reviews on websites that often but I felt as if I should. Minimal & Modern went above and beyond my expectations. Although my item was on back order for about 2 weeks, I was notified promptly and was fine with waiting for my sofa. Since this sofa is something we are going to sit on for many years it seemed reasonable. We received the tracking so it was easy to see where our sofa was along the whole process. I would definitely order again from this company.

This company has amazing customer service. I had an item that was delivered damaged and they took care of the situation immediately and send a new one out ASAP. They even communicated with me over a holiday weekend which I never expected. From the beginning of the order they were in constant contact with me, I would go back to them in a second. They deserve a 10 star as far as I am concerned. This company is amazing.

We ordered a dining table on line.
After two weeks a courier person showed up and refused to unload the pc, since it was too heavy!!!
He just told us that he will be back tomorrow but they never returned.
We followed up with minimal and they Had no idea that we don’t have the dining table yet.
After few more days two other people brought a heavy piece and they left at the enterance.
We asked them to open the crate to see if everything is there and it s not damaged but refused and they said it s not our responsibility and they left.
When we open the box we just saw the table top, but there was no legs.
Again we contacted the company and they said we are going to send those legs as soon as possible.
They gave us a tracking number that is not valid and they never answer any phone calls.
After all these stories and waiting for 3 weeks, we still don’t have the pieces and there s a huge, heavy table top in our house and no one seems to care about that.
Very disappointed
Would never buy from them again.

I don't often review companies but am giving this company fives stars because I did have a good buying experience and, to be honest, I think they are a good, ethical company that is trying to provide good service at a low price and I want to balance out some of the bad reviews here. I knew I wanted Greenington bamboo counter stools and their price was at least $100 lower than anywhere else for a set of four. After reading the bad reviews here, I balked and kept looking elsewhere, but I could not come close to their price, so I ordered them anyway, thinking that most of the complaints here were about delivery time and customer service and I was willing to accept this because I know what I wanted and was not in a hurry to get them, as long as I got them, and I figured that if I did not get what I ordered, the credit card company would step in. Scammers would not be able to use credit cards for long. Long story short, I got my stools in a reasonable amount of time and am very happy. The company did inform me of the delay shortly after ordering, since they were not in stock, and I was fine with that. I think they are an honest company trying to provide quality furniture at the lowest possible prices, and I would order from them again.

Thank you Minimal & Modern for providing the best service and product, When I purchase the furniture I asked first if the item is available and the customer service said, it is, I then place my order. within 5 business days, my order was shipped out and it took only a few days to receive my TOV Chairs. I am planning to place another order for the dining table with M&M, I received a great discount for repeat customers via email from M&M, and yeah I will use it!

I ordered a bed 2 weeks ago. At purchase I was told ships in 24-48 hours then 7-10 for delivery. After contacting them via email on day 10 with no news, I received a reply stating they were waiting on their supplier to send an ETA... (It sounded like a computerized reply.) Long story short and two emails later, I just now found out my estimated ETA is another 2 weeks from now. I would have never ordered this bed had I known it would take over 30 days for delivery. I would not buy from them again, nor would I recommend them.

Update:
Bed finally showed up three weeks and 3 days later via a secondary delivery company. I was told that M&M paid for curbside drop off only. *** I live on the 20th floor of an apartment building. ***I was then told by secondary delivery company if I wanted it brought up to my apartment it would cost and additional $150 dollars. None of this was ever expressed to me during check out. What a terrible way to do business.

Stay away from this company - unless you like apologizes and excuses! While their prices may seem alluring, their customer service is lack luster. Their shipping policy states "in stock items will be shipped within 2-4 business days, out of stock items and custom orders are subject to longer lead times and you will be notified."

3/30/2018 I purchased a king bed and dresser for 1,458.00.

4/4/2018 I contacted them as I did not receive notification of shipment. Their response, "We apologize for the delay. We are currently just waiting for the supplier to forward us the tracking information. We will update you the moment we have it."

4/4/2018 another email stating, "Your furniture is ready to be shipped."

4/5/2018 my card was charged 1,458.

4/6/2018 I inquired about a tracking number and their response, "We should be receiving the tracking number today."

4/7/2018 again, I inquired about the tracking number and their response, "We are still awaiting the number from the supplier. The supplier was closed Friday due to the Jewish Passover holiday."

4/9/2018 still no tracking number, I requested they cancel my order. Their response, "We apologize for the delay. At this point we cannot guarantee that your order will be received by the weekend. We have sent a cancellation request with our supplier. We will process your refund once that is confirmed. We apologize for this."

Never recieved item or response from customer service after several repeated attempts to get in contact with them...

Ordered a bed frame two Sundays ago. All customer service messages are vague. I still don't have tracking. I have no update on when I can expect shipping on my item.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They aren't capable of handling basic customer service tasks.

Ordered a table from here and I loved it. From start to finish I had a good experience. Would 100% recommend!

This place is totally a scam. I paid $120 for a desk, and a few days later contacted customer service, because I ever received an email stating my order had been received/shipped. It is pretty standard to get an order number right after a purchase is made online- especially when the customers card is charged!

Long story short, customer service told me my
Item was on back order for 4 weeks. This wasn't communicated to me until I asked. I opted to cancel the item, because I needed a desk sooner than that. They told me they refunded the money on their end, and I needed to call my bank if I wasn't credited back the money. The transaction disappeared from my online banking app and my official statement. My money was not refunded, this place is a sham with terrible customer service. Do not buy from here!

Minimal and Modern helped me find the coffee table I was looking for. It was back-ordered on most websites so I was happy to find it when I did. I just emailed the customer service line I found on their website and had a reply within 15 minutes.

Not only are you responsible for returning and shipping they deduct the charges from you refund BOTH ways!!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL. Extremely upset about this business and my experience with them.

Okay folks I will start by saying "RUN"!!! Yes, these folks have some hard to find styles and pricing is attractive....BUT what you MUST know is you have now left the world of Amazon returns, which almost everyone has adopted EXCEPT Minimal & Modern. If what you receive is not what you thought it would be or construction is substandard, do not be surprised and be prepared to incur the labor/cost of shipping them back.....plus the cost of restocking. You will be out about 1/3 of what you spent. Also, be prepared to argue your case, they will immediately say "Unfortunately we do not accept buyers remorse returns" NOT COOL!!!! Overall, I would say do not waste your time and money! Caveat Emptor!!!
