I am updating my review because I did get my planner and am a fan. I appreciate the help from the service team.

I placed an order with Minimal Desktop in March. I knew that the timer that I ordered would not be ready until April but, foolishly, assumed that my planner would ship promptly. It is now a month later, I cannot get them to answer my emails or Facebook messages, I have no products and no feedback.

UPDATE: It is true that Minimal Desk Setups finally corrected their mistake and have issued me a refund (they gave me the option of a replacement or refund). I appreciate that they rectified it, but it shouldn't have been up to me to have to keep after them to get the issue resolved. I hope they have fixed their system. I have changed the rating from 1 star to 3 because of their response, and hoping that my Timer was just an anomaly.

I bought a Pomodoro Timer in November. It worked fine for a couple of months, but no longer works - I can't set the time on T1. I wrote to Support, and they replied quickly, asking for a video of the problem. I sent one, and since then they haven't replied, despite my repeated emails. I sent them a copy of their policy that says they will replace "defective or faulty products" within 100 days of purchase, which mine was within. NO RESPONSE. I've been ghosted.

I bought my item 2 flow timers for around 300 dollars since December 2025. I still have not relied and it has not even been sent for processing. This is now February 2026. At shop it says order placed. Becareful when ordering too much guys.

I waited about a year before buying something from Minimal Desk Setups, then I bought their pomodoro timer. It turned out to be such a good tool for focus - and it gave me the freedom to turn off my phone, which has a big impact on my productivity. A year later, I bought their pencil tray and Weekly Habits cards. Products are beautiful, service is friendly, and shipping was swift. I sort of love this company and I want to buy their newest timer - as soon as I can afford it. I work at home at my desk, and i love the way these products look and feel.

High Quality and Functionality. I have purchased multiple products from Minimal Desk Setup. I find their inserts of such high quality and as a Fountain Pen users this is key to makesure the paper you use does not have bleed through and I can honestly say there is no bleedy through. The binders are made very well and look great. The selection of inserts covers everything you will ever need to manage your life

I need to be able to track my daily meetings and tasks, but then also my ongoing tasks. I'm used to rewriting my ongoing tasks everyday onto a new daily page. With Minimal Desk Setups Daily pages and Memo pages, I no longer have to write my ongoing list daily. The daily pages are the back side of the page and I can keep my ongoing tracks on the to do list/memo pages and simply move it every day. I can just cross off tasks as I complete them and will rewrite the page when it get too messy or full. I've been looking for a system like this for a long time. The paper quality is great and the size (A9) is perfect. Finally a planner that is small enough to travel with.

I've been searching for a planner with a flexible layout like this for ages. The inserts are super customizable and that was exactly what I wanted. Both the planner and paper quality are excellent.

This is very useful to control de time you dedicate focusing. It helps also to improve the attention and balance better the breaks in order to avoid concentration fatigue. Great product

Purchased a wool desk pad as my hands get cold on the desk at work, as well as my mouse being quite noisy. The pad is perfect, keeps my hands warm and the mouse glides across it, plus it's a great size that covers most of the desk. There is some bobbling, but I've had it a few years now and it's still perfectly useable.
And at £22 it's an absolute bargain.

Bought the large cashmere deskmat. Absolutely love this mat. Other mats would move around on the desk just by using my mouse. This one stays put without moving no matter how much I try. This mat replaced my Journey ALTI mat. Been using this mat for over a year know and it is still great. It is large enough for full size keyboard a mouse and Apple MagicTrackpad.

I made a conscious decision to pay attention to the aesthetics of my desk set up to help inspire me to keep my desk (and my thoughts) tidy and to stick to a time planning routine each morning. For me, the cards and the holder really do the trick because they're beautifully designed, the card is thick and tactile. I'm autistic and have been struggling to find systems that work for and the daily planning system on these cards really works for me too

As someone who struggles to stay organised and needs a system that’s actually enjoyable to use, I wanted to love this. The binder and paper feel super premium, great quality and beautiful to look at. But… having the main pages (planner, to-do, etc.) on the left side is driving me crazy and ruining the experience. Every day I’m either ripping the pages out to write on them or contorting my hand awkwardly around the rings. Seriously, how did such a brilliant idea get tripped up by such an obvious flaw? Is Minimal Desks secretly run by left-handers? As much as I wanted this to be the system for me, I probably won’t be repurchasing unless they rethink the layout, it’s too awkward to use daily.

I’ve bought first and second generation desk pads now. The pads are well made and durable. Non-slip is a bonus. I cannot fault MDS, I would recommend and buy from them again.

I ordered the Pomodoro clock - it arrived in a broken state. Avoid this company.

Update: eventually issued a refund after a lot of back and forth, but the 1-star review remains for the 1-star product from a 1-star company. Avoid wasting your time.

I ordered an item on the website before Christmas as a gift for someone. Supposedly, Royal Mail tried to deliver it but couldn't deliver to my address despite getting many deliveries to my home. Instead of updating me, letting me know, attempting delivery again; Minimal Desk Setups did not send any notification of what had happened to the parcel. I received no offer of Refund or Replacement. They simply took the item back and did not tell me therefore I am now out of pocket. I have never encountered a company that do not offer any notification of what has happened to my parcel and instead just accepts the money without refunding me! I sent an email to them yesterday and they have only just offered to reimburse me. I have never experienced a company by which I, myself, have had to chase refunds!? I would not order from them again.

I've purchased Cashmere Desk Pad, which has arrived yesterday.
