DO NOT RECOMMEND. Appalling. While they state a guarantee of their clean for end of lease cleans, the moment I pointed out they did not actually steam clean the carpets, they made excuses. The cleaners missed whole areas of the house and when presented with photographs of the low quality and sopping wet carpets, they denied any responsibility for the carpets and had the hide to expect me to let them back in after they'd left boot marks in the bath, on the wet carpets and more. I already had to clean up after them and bring in a real carpet cleaner to fix their mess! Of course a reasonable request for a partial refund to cover me having to get the cost of the real carpet cleaning was unanswered.

Very poor job done on an end of lease clean and then no response when I sought to have issues rectified. Steer clear.

Do NOT use this company. They quote a price, in our instance $350.00 then they add GST after. I told them I needed at least 2 blowers to dry our flooded carpet, but later was told that $350 was only for one blower. Some how the price ended up at $600!! They took final payment without permission as they had my credit card details from the $50.00 deposit.

I recently had my sofas cleaned by Ministry of Cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Ali was friendly, punctual, and very professional. He meticulously cleaned every inch of our sofa, removing stains and refreshing the fabric. The difference is incredible. I highly recommend Ministry of Cleaning for their exceptional sofa cleaning service. Truly outstanding work!

I recently engaged Ministry Of Cleaning to clean my oven. I couldn't be more impressed. As someone who values a spotless kitchen, their team in Canberra did not disappoint. From the moment I booked the service, the communication was excellent. The professionals arrived on time and were very courteous. They got straight to work and demonstrated meticulous attention to detail. My oven, which had accumulated months' worth of grime and grease, now looks brand new.

Ministry of Cleaning exceeded our expectations with their mould removal service. We are happy with the excellent customer service from start to finish. Also, the technician who came to inspect and later to do the work was efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough, leaving no trace of mould behind.
Their service is exceptional, and we highly recommend them!

We hired Ministry of Cleaning to do an after party cleaning service for our place. The team arrived promptly and was efficient and thorough. i had a major water damage incident that left my carpet soaked. Ministry of Cleaning came to rescue and performed the carpet flood recovery efficiently. They thoroughly removed the water and restored the carpets to previous condition.
I highly recommend their services.

We had minor flood damage which we told them about. However the guy that came over wet the area and then did not dry the carpet enough and we had to pull up our carpet. We communicated with this company and they were no help and they did not want to fix the problem they kept giving excuses.

If I could give a zero or lower, I would. They didn't show for the first appointment. When I called and asked for an explanation they didn't have one and tried to rebook the appointment but for the wrong address. We should have given up at this point. Rebooked for the following day at 10am. At 8am they called to arrange another time because they were double booked. We agreed to a new time and again they didn't show up. Don't waste your time.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE JOB! WE WERE QUOTED FOR FULL COUCH CLEAN WHICH WAS NOT DONE. STAINS WHICH WEREN'T EVEN ATTEMPTED TO BE REMOVED. DIDNT EVEN VACUUM THE COUCH BEFORE COMMENCING WHICH WAS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE.
AND HE LEFT MY FLOORS SOAKING WET WHICH I HAD TO CLEAN AFTER HE LEFT.
WHEN CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS YELLED AT AND TREATED LIKE CRAP.
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BEFORE STARTING AND THEN DO A TERRIBLE JOB AND LEAVE.
ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE

This company was one of 3 recommended by the real estate agent for our end of lease clean. While quoting and price seemed ok the cleaners broke a mirror and did not report it. When we raised a complaint they sent photos of the mirror in the other bathroom pretending there was nothing wrong. Of course we weren’t able to inspect everything at the end of the clean because all the floors were still wet from mopping. Also, before cleaning was completed we were hounded for payment, which now means there’s no chance of us getting the mirror replaced. Terrible experience.

WHY CANT I GIVE 0 STARS?
This is the worst cleaning company I have ever used. They are complete con artists. Happy to agree a price with you to win the business, but they reserve the right to change that price on arrival - which they did to me by an extra few hundred dollars knowing it was too late for me to back out (it was an end of lease clean) They also tried to cancel on me at the last moment by pretending their car had broken down, only to arrive on time when I demanded they arrive.
Ended up costing me $700 for a small 2 bedroom apartment. Approx 3hrs work all up. I also had to pay for their parking. Do your research as this ended up being double what most of their competitors charge.

Don't use this company. Total rip off. Charged me over $600 to do an end of lease clean. Did such a poor job that the real state called in their own cleaners which cost me another $600.
When I complained, I got sent a letter telling me the reason for the poor cleaning was because the house was too big and some bs about prices being higher in Sydney than in Melbourne and if I wanted a reclean, deposit another $600 into their account. When I rang to report my complaint and asked where they were based, the woman on the phone said "overseas, in Perth". When I questioned her about Perth being overseas, she then said Melbourne.
DODGY AS.
Also when I first booked their "services", they made the mistake of thinking the property was in Melbourne instead of Sydney despite the fact that I emphasised Epping NSW, meaning that I had to ask the real estate for an extra day to vacate.

Avoid! Worse than all their bad reviews! I contacted ministry of cleaning to dry clean my couches. Not only did they come a day late and admittedly “Steam clean” my couches instead of dry cleaning them as I had specified ; they damaged the fabric of my couches beyond repair and cracked the leg of one chair . They then refused to answer my calls ; despite being happy to take my calls at the beginning and to demand pre- authorisation of my credit card before the work was done . Do not use them; the fact that they demand your credit card details they will do the job before speaks volumes . AVOID at all costs !!!!
