Ministry Of Cleaning レビュー 

The service provided by this organisation was so bad, our property managers had assumed it had not been cleaned. They created a laundry list of items required to be completed, all of which were to be done as per the cleaner's website for End of Lease Clean.

When we raised a complaint, we were advised that we could have further service if we paid for even more work - which of course would be of the same quality as previously provided, or only provided well due to double paying.

We expressed that this "resolution" was not sufficient as we had already been required to pay further money to another cleaning company - they proceeded to refuse to acknowledge the complaint further.

We will be taking this up with VCAT. Do not use their service.

We recently used their service, would NOT recommend them.
we used their tile cleaning service and they damaged our floor skirting at few places. When we informed them about it, they told us that it's because of sensitive wood or pre existing damage. The floor was also so sticky that we had to mop it couple of times.
It feels like "Ministry of Hell".

I use this service regularly and find them professional, punctual reliable and fair with their prices. i’ve used them for End of Lease Cleaning, Industrial Cleaning, carpet cleaning as well as rubbish removal. the teams are very hard working and the office is very well organised. thanks Guys you deserve a fantastic review!!

The worst carpet cleaner ever. We had issues start when we book the service. I received a booking confirmation under someone else details. I do not know what happen to mine. Furthermore on the service it self, they made the stains that needs to be cleaned up becoming worse than before cleaning. Water marks ended up in everywhere and ruins my carpet. The technician came in late and tried to rush the work. I asked him to suck up more water as it was so wet but he refused. He told me that it will dry up 6-8 hours but in reality it took 4 full days (temperature outside was 28-37 degrees) to get it completely dry (leaving water marks in it). Please avoid them at all cost.

By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with.
THEY LEFT MY HOUSE AND LEFT THE FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN ALL DAY!!!!

They arrived to do my bond clean and complained about dust on the floor and in the cupboard, wee on toilet seat (we have a 3 year old doing toilet training) Plus some plastic toys that must’ve been under the couch when we moved all the furniture out.

Upon arrival they tried charging me $125 more than what I was quoted because there was “extra” work to clean the oven and throw away a tiny bit of rubbish that was under beds and couches that is now exposed since then being removed.

An hour and half passed and they still hadn’t started cleaning so I ended up cancelling on the spot, loosing my deposit and was then charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Cutting my loses and starting to find another company and attempting to forget this poor experience, Then at 8:30pm from my old neighbor advising my front door was left wide open all day and proceeds to send me photos of my front door left wide open.

My partner had been at work and I had been looking after our kid in our new house. Meaning Ministry of cleaning were last people in my house.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE THAT IS THIS COMPANY!
