I purchased from them on January 9th, but my order has still not arrived. I have followed up multiple times via email, but each time I was given the runaround. They told me they would resend my order because the first one was sent to the wrong address, but they never did, and despite repeated inquiries, they did not provide a tracking number.

In short, they are literally scammers, and I would not even give them one star. Do not buy from this company.

I don't want to give them any stars as they are just scammers. I ordered dresses & a sun hat for my Granddaughter on January 15th, I am still waiting for them, myself & my Daughter have constantly been trying to get through to them to find out where our items are to no avail, so I have now asked for a refund with no luck.this company should be looked into by the police for fraud, they are just scamming people & getting away with it.

First time I have
reported a business, Mini Taylor, to my credit card company. I placed an order 1/15/2026 and received a confirmation. I paid through the Shop app. I received a tracking # through a shipping company called Yanwen. I have heard nothing since. The Shop App indicates my order has not shipped and this is almost 1 month later. I emailed Mini Taylor via their customer service and also sent them a message via their Instagram site. No response. So now they will need to deal with Wells Fargo.

This is a horrible company. Do not do business with them.
My order was never received and they have ignored my several emails asking for a refund. No wonder they are not accredited by the BBB. Save your money because you won't get it back when things goes wrong. And this is from a nice forgiving person.

Shame I can’t do zero. Got a notification that the dress I’d ordered my granddaughter had been delivered on a day I’d been in all day so knew it hadn’t. Chased and emailed numerous times, requested dress be sent or refund issued. I got neither. DON’T trust this company

Stay away from this company, ordered 3rd January says it was delivered it was not, emailed only to be told they would refund and send another still waiting on both this company is a SCAM

This is a scam company that needs to be reported. I ordered a dress that was supposedly delivered while I was home but it never came. I have followed up but I still have not received anything. It’s been about 6 weeks

If I could leave a no star review I would. I have been trying to get delivery for two months to no avail. Have complained numerous times to be assured that action will be taken, only to receive nothing. They are scammers, pure and simple and should not be allowed to trade online.

Ordered 2unicorn dresses they still haven’t arrived tracking said they had been delivered to Heathrow airport and that was it I got in touch with the company they said they would investigate then send me another 2 by express delivery that was the last time I heard from them I have emailed several times no answer! Don’t be fooled by pretty dresses it’s obviously a con !!!

I ordered on January 2nd and recieved tracking information approximately a week later. On January 23rd the tracking was updated as having been delivered to someone random in a totally different part of the country. I asked them to chase DPD for recovery of he package, they didn't. I asked them to overnight a replacement order, they agreed, but then ghosted me completely. It's now been 7 weeks since I ordered and two weeks since the package was dropped off at a random address. I'm currently trying to get a refund via PayPal.

Don't bother, they reviews of this site speak for themselves!

Ordered two dresses two weeks ago and see it hasn’t even been shipped yet! I am very upset. I think I am going to get had again ….

Do not buy from Mini Taylor, you will not get all your purchases, no money back. You will get massive frustrations.

il 7 gennaio ho acquistato dei vestiti, ordine n Conferma n. 43TEL5PUV, peccato che non ricevo notizie del pacco ma solo pubblicità, due gg fa entro sul sito per cercare il tracciamento e capire che fine ha fatto il mio pacco ma scopro che è stato consegnato il 22 a Torino. L’indirizzo di spedizione ( provincia di milano) è giusto ma quello di consegna risulta a Torino. Sto provando a scrivere email, messaggi sul format del sito ma nessuno risponde.

Frausters. Why do Facebook allow this!. No dresses. Stated they delivered to my back door which is in accessible. Promised new delivery and now no response or refund. Dreadful people, Avoid and report to Facebook.

Først sendte de til en forkert adresse, og derefter skrev de, at de ville sende en ny ordre omgående - med et ekstra produkt, hvilket de selvfølgelig ikke gjorde, ligesom de heller ikke har refunderet mine penge, og sjovt nok er de også holdt op med at svare på mine mails.

Fatto un ordine da circa 60€ a inizio gennaio, pagamento tramite Paypal. Spedito in qualche giorno, tracciamento valido e funzionante.
Risultato: consegnato il 23 dello stesso mese, peccato che l’indirizzo di consegna fosse totalmente errato, malgrado nell’ordine fosse tutto perfetto. Contattato il corriere (Poste Italiane) e mi hanno confermato che il pacco é stato recapitato ad una persona fisica, con nome e cognome totalmente diverso dal mio, ad un indirizzo di Roma (io abito sul Lago di Como). Provato a contattare l’azienda più volte via mail e via form di contatto sul sito internet, nessuna risposta. Ho aperto quindi la controversia con Paypal che mi ha rimborsato in circa 10 minuti. Errore o disonestà? Non lo so, ma il risultato é lo stesso.

Never received my package. Never received a payment back for a refund. They never sent out another dress. This place is less then one star. Don't order from here.

Similar story to most- AVOID THIS COMPANY!.
Item ordered before Christmas- no updates or tracking, promises of item being shipped - nothing delivered and no responses to emails….. Refund application made 😡

Kreeg verkeerde trachkingcode van een ander! Ondertussen 6 x gemaild plus 2 keer via site contact proberen op te nemen maar geen reactie! En dus ook nog niks binnen! Jammer dat ik hier niet ff gecheckt had 🤣

Never received my order they confirmed it was lost and they would send out a new one with a free dress of choice, after this the completely ghosted me and were non responsive have now put a dispute with my bank
