I placed an order on 2nd December and nothing has arrived.

This company is dishonest and cheats people out of their money.

They said the item would arrive in 5-6 days. Now my daughter will not have her Christmas present. I am very upset and have since contacted my bank to get a refund.

STAY AWAY! Super low quality dresses; I was really disappointed, as they look so cute online. And the process to return is expensive! You have to mail back the items at your expense, all the way to China. I do not recommend this company.

terrible customer service, and missing items and not responding! the items I have received looked nothing like the items listed online.. SCAM!

Dress that arrived was nothing like the photo on the website and terrible quality. I have emailed to request a return but had no response from customer services. Complete rip off company

They didn’t refound the money for the product what I didn’t get.The delivery service is also the worsest.

Complete and utter scam. The item received does not reflect the item advertised in appearance or quality. The service is absolutely shocking and I am disgusted with the item I received!!!!

The dress was really nice and comfortable for my child. Fabric feels soft and well made. Delivery could be quicker, but overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Well.. The item did arrive, which is a positive. It took well over a month to arrive and both dresses I ordered were not as advertised. Don't get me wrong I get they are cheap(ish) but it wasn't just that the material wasn't as expected, it was that key details clearly shown on the dresses on the website, were not in the dresses I recieved. I would not recommend ordering.

Dress looked nothing like the picture. So ugly and cheap material. Completely false advertising. Waste of money. Took ages to arrive.

I placed a significant order on November 10th and was really excited to see Nutcracker dresses, as we are taking our granddaughters this Saturday. I received a package yesterday, and the most critical dresses were in it. My granddaughters selected these dresses, and we were all excited for them. You can only contact them through email, and they are limited in how they respond. When asked about the missing items, they gave me the same tracking number as the one on the package I received. They have not responded with the correct tracking number, and I believe I am out $60+. When you enter the tracking number, it hasn't updated for 10 days. I will not order from them again.

Bought 2 matching dresses that never got delivered, sent complaint, they resent… was EXTREMELY disappointed & angry! What was delivered was NOT what was advertised & the quality was TERRIBLE! The 1st time the dresses were tried on they fell apart! I spent a lot of $$$ and will never order again!
COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!

Auf die Bestellung habe ich ca 1 Monat gewartet. Die Bestellung kam dann an, die Größen sind ganz anders als unsere europäischen Größen. Ein Kleid habe ich in einer nicht bestellten Größe erhalten. Die Produkte sind nicht so hochwertig wie auf der Website dargestellt.
Nun wollte ich die Ware zurückschicken- keine Chance. Das Unternehmen reagiert nicht auf meine Rücksendungsversuche. Ich warte schon zwei Wochen auf die Beantwortung meiner Mails! Kann nur jedem abraten. Und jedem der bestellt hat, rate ich ein Chargeback, wenn das Unternehmen nicht reagieren sollte!

I ordered a dress on November 19th and never received my item. I have contacted customer service several times and never heard back from them. Do not order from this place. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to in order to give a review!

Non è reale! Non arriva l’ordine! Continuano a dirmi che sta per arrivare ma è comparso nel tracciamento che sta a Milano e l’ordine è chiuso. Quindi non arriverà mai da me a Roma.

The product quality nothing like
on the website..ordered two dresses, it took ages to be delivered, the package was all torn when delivered and the quality does not exist at all.
Stay away!

Worst customer service.

It took months before the dresses where deliverd. When I opened the package the dress was already broken.
I told them by mail, and they told me that i already had them for too long. What is seriously lousy service..
You suck!! Never gonna buy something from this fake ass website.

If it was possible to leave this company ZERO stars I definitely would! I made a purchase a month ago and customer service is horrible and sends the same automated response. Tracking number doesn't work . Still no package or tracking 4 weeks later on a 35$ dress I ordered for my daughter.

The quality is dreadful chasing a refund and return.
No news on why or where the second dress is.

Have not received an order placed 35 days ago. Customer service did not actually respond to my claim - just said it would be 7-8 more business days after three weeks into it. Will dispute through Visa.
