Got a year supply of topical minoxidil. Package came in around 4-5 business days. It was all sealed and legit. Tracking number was provided. Delivered to Toronto.

Received what they said they'd deliver. Awesome service. However shipping took more time than they promised. Not happening in 3 days. If you're in GTA then maybe 5 days. Else, more than that. Good packaging. Box were sealed/unopened. I'm yet to open the box, but I trust them. I was really skeptical about buying from a random website..so I came back and now writing the review to let the others know its safe and all. Good job MinoxidilBay!

I ordered over a month ago and have not received a tracking number and have not received my order. No email response from the seller. I’m pretty sure this store is inactive.

Update: I got the package. Too much hassle, compared to Amazon, for example. Maybe they should consider changing delivery partner. Delivery failed twice, because my phone number was incorrectly entered (not my fault - I wasn't asked a number - a value in the system was "1111111111").

The irony is that delivery succeeded after I told my phone number to the support - BUT nobody even called me. They just delivered, like everybody else does, without ever calling me. Maybe the bad review should go to their delivery partner, not to the seller. Sharing my experience though.

The phone number in delivery instructions was wrong. Delivery failed twice. Now waiting for 3rd attempt, that will likely fail. Can't contact delivery company too.

I received my order. All good. The expiry date is May 2027

Ordered a six month supply that arrived quickly. Product is genuine and expiry date is actually better than what was listed on website. I will definitely use minoxidilbay again.
