Amazing product and great support. they even sent me a package that was lost in transit with no extra charges.

I'm a new user to the site, I requested a free sample and paid for the shipping.

They cancelled my order without explanation and are NOW IGNORNING MY MESSAGES. All signs point to this site being a scam stay away. Will keep you updated.

EDIT: No you guys made a mistake I've never ordered from you before, check your records again. Also i contacted your customer service team already asking about it but no one wants to fix this.

What shaped my decision to try the product was the large number of genuine reviews and the clear results shown by users. What further strengthened my trust in the company was the recommendation of my personal doctor. Among the things I also appreciated were the fast response and prompt replies to emails, as well as the quick shipping. Although I live in Kuwait, which is relatively far from the United States, the order arrived very quickly. I wish you continued success—you truly deserve it.

I am quite skeptical about the actual presence of the ingredients claimed in their products.

It has been almost a full year, to the day, since I started using their treatments.

I first used Essengen-6 Plus for eight months without seeing any visible results.
I then switched to Dualgen-15 NO PG Plus for four months, with the same outcome: no noticeable improvement and no signs of baby hairs either.

I had a problem with the national postal service so my order didn’t arrive. MinoxidilMax send it again without any charge, and they were kind and very helpful

My only regret is not starting sooner. Once I couldn’t ignore the problem anymore and it became too obvious, I started using Maxogen-X, and my hair came back so quickly and never fell out again. I’ve been using it for over a year now with nothing but success. A complete lifesaver! I can't recommend it enough.

Used this company numerous time, personally I find it’s the best about for min due to it having tretanoin in the mixture, would be better if they rewarded previous customers and not just new but apart from that the service is very good and delivery time is okay due to it being from Europe

I order this product more than 2 months Ago, received package in just two weeks (Europe). Had excellent contact with them, very helpful.
About product it is one of the best available on market but you need to be patient. Works very well. I would recommend it.

This is an update to my previous review.

I’ve ordered from MinoxidilMax twice before and have always been satisfied. My most recent order was different — the tracking stayed on “Label Created” for more than two weeks with no movement at all, and support could only tell me “it’s moving in the system.”

After following up several times, the tracking finally updated today. The package has now entered the GlobalPost system and appears to be in transit. So it does seem like the order is finally moving after a very long delay.

I’ll update this review again once the package arrives.

Recently the service/delivery has worsened a lot. I used to order quite regularly, at least 7-9 times in total, started in 2022. Last one or two orders haven't come and now there is no more links to track them...

UPDATE: Product has been delivered (although it has taken more than 2 months, the cheaper of the two delivery option is not much reliable)

UPDATE 2: After a complaint they refunded my shipping (took 2-3 months but in the end i received it) so in the I am satisfied

Since I previously made two orders and both arrived absolutely fine and without any issues, I decided to save on shipping and place one larger order. Everything went according to plan, but after 8 days I received only a small part of the order instead of the full package. I was sad and disappointed and didn’t know what had happened. I wrote an email to MinoxidilMax, and they replied immediately, saying they were sorry and that it was a mistake which they would fix as soon as possible. That SAME DAY my order was resent, and in an unbelievable 7 days the package arrived just as it should have!
Honestly, an incredible company — we are all human and everyone makes mistakes, but very few are willing to face them and resolve them. If anyone hesitates, they don’t have to — this company is truly reliable, and if something goes wrong, they don’t hesitate to fix the problem. Thank you very much.

Iḿ using Maxogen-x from them and it has greatly improved my hair without any side effects. Its minoxidil + finesteride in 1, and just once a day! So conveniant

First of all... very happy with the team who handles the questions and the shipping. I ordered many times now and it is always arrives in time in The Netherlands!

Beside that i'm very very satisfied!!! In 2024, after my hair transplant, I started using Essengen 6 Plus. The product does what it promises. My hair has become stronger and fuller. It’s easy to use. It dries quickly, doesn’t feel sticky, and has no side effects. For pictures of my result see the website... product Magogen X (ramon). I’m very satisfied. The first picture was in may 2024. The second in september 2024. The third in october 2025
