I payed you on the 4th of August for 3 moses bars via bank transfer. Which were on pre order 10days later wen they arrived u didn't send them you messaged me saying your giving a refund. Is that how you operate a business. Stop wid all the drama n once upon a time stories. Deal with the matter in hand, you still have not sent my money and the date is 17th of August now. Be careful people

I continue to make monthly purchases

I continue to make monthly purchases of Mint Bros and the prices are the best I've come across, including peer to peer platforms. I have also joined the WhatsApp group and getting first look at new stock and discount codes for use on the website, which continues to improve with the Add to box facility and online invoicing.

As I use the Add To Box service I can make multiples buy and save on postage till I reach the RMSD delivery. If I need to speak to the staff in person I can always message or call. I am a happy customer.

No-one is talking about the 1st time we


No-one is talking about the 1st time we came to buy. You wanted cash you got it that transaction finished no problem you got paid we got the goodies fine. What happened with the money we transferred to you for the 3 Moses bars we payed in advance 🀔 the goods arrived but your not sending to us your selling them to someone else for a few extra quid.
I paid for the bars but I'm getting a refund wow.
And you still haven't sent the refund
Still using my money for your business.
Talk about the current situation and not irrelevant things.

For transparency, the reviewer has never placed an order with Mint Bros London. The transactions being referred to were placed by her husband.

The 3 Moses bars were pre-ordered through our website and paid for by CREDIT CARD. We categorically reject the suggestion that we sold these bars to somebody else for “a few extra quid”. We did not.

This is the first time we have ever made the decision to cancel and refund a customer's website order. Following the repeated issues we experienced with this particular customer, we decided that we no longer wished to continue the business relationship and therefore cancelled and refunded his outstanding pre-orders.

The refunds HAVE been processed against the original credit card transactions. Email confirmation was provided and screenshots from our payment system confirming the refunds were also sent to the customer. The corresponding funds have been taken from our side.

Despite this, approximately ONE HOUR after the refunds were processed, we began receiving accusations that we had not refunded the money and were “using” it for our business. Credit card refunds are not instant bank transfers and are subject to the processing times of the payment provider and card issuer. If there is genuinely an issue after the applicable processing timeframe, we will of course investigate it.

We must also address the claim that we “wanted cash”, as this is simply untrue. Mint Bros London is a cashless business. Our regular customers can vouch for the fact that we do not accept cash. Even some of our most loyal clients have asked to pay in cash and, when we have explained our policy, they have respected it and used one of our accepted payment methods.

Unfortunately, in this instance, despite our position being made clear repeatedly, your husband continued asking us to make exceptions and accept cash. On a subsequent transaction, we explicitly agreed beforehand that payment would be made by bank transfer. When he arrived to collect, he again repeatedly requested to pay in cash. We maintained that payment needed to be made by bank transfer.

It is particularly disappointing to see these accusations coming from someone who has never placed an order with Mint Bros London and with whom we had previously only had respectful interactions. We had always regarded you as a respectful individual and are therefore surprised that you have chosen to publicly repeat allegations relating to transactions you were not personally party to.

This decision had absolutely nothing to do with making an additional few pounds on three silver bars. It was the first time we have cancelled a customer's website order and was simply a decision to end a customer relationship that, following repeated issues, we no longer considered workable.

The outstanding orders have been refunded. We have no interest in continuing a public argument and will address any genuine issue regarding the processing of the credit card refund directly through the appropriate channels.

Never disappoints 


I have purchased from mint bros London more than one occasion now , and every time the product arrives on time , and well packaged, the range he sells is better than anywhere else I have found online , some amazing pieces and in excellent condition or as described. This is my new place to get all my silver / gold from it’s a pleasure doing business with mint bros London and it will definitely not be the last .

Above & Beyond – A Masterclass in Customer Care & Lightning-Fast Delivery

I don’t usually write reviews, but I promised I would as they've been excellent.

I bought some silver from them recently and the service was just brilliant. First off – next day delivery. I wasn’t expecting that at all. It turned up before I’d even sorted the mess with my bank.

Speaking of which: my bank decided to be difficult (as usual) and the payment wasn’t going through. Most places would’ve just cancelled the order or sent some generic email. Not these guys. They actually called me. Took their time, didn’t rush me, explained what was going on, and made sure I was completely happy before we went any further. Felt like talking to a mate who knows their stuff, not a salesperson.

Every time I had a question, they got back to me straight away. No fuss, no stress. Just really easy to deal with.

If you’re thinking of buying, honestly, just use them. You’ll be glad you did.

If you want a bullion dealer who treats you like a person, not a transaction, and delivers on their promises at lightning speed - look no further.

Highly, highly recommended and will use again and again going forwards.
