Well, reading the review, I wish I would have checked here before ordering myself.

What a joke! Huge SCAM!
Hope these lovely people use the money scammed from others eventually on medicine.
What goes around comes around scammers!

Took a while to get to me, but lovely carrier 😊 happy with the quality and beautiful design.

I placed an order for a baby carrier on March 19 and never received it.
The company does not respond to emails and provides no updates.
After waiting weeks, I still have no product or tracking information.
Very disappointed. I would not recommend this store.

I strongly advise against ordering from this brand. My experience has been extremely disappointing and feels like a complete scam.
After placing my order, nothing happened for 11 days. The order was only processed after I initiated a dispute with my bank to request a refund. That alone raises serious concerns about their legitimacy.
They present themselves as a brand based in Brazil, but once the order was finally processed, I discovered it is actually being shipped from China. This is very misleading.
They also stated that delivery would take 10 business days after processing. It has now been over 13 business days, and I still have not received anything.
I have tried to contact them twice to request a refund, no response. They have also ignored the bank’s dispute request entirely.
This company is not trustworthy. Lack of transparency, delayed processing, false representation, and zero customer support. Avoid at all costs.

I recently received the baby carrier and I absolutely love it. I enjoy going for walks with my little one in it – she loves watching everything around her and then gently falls asleep. This is so cute!

**SCAM**I paid for a baby carrier on 17/03/2026, but I have not yet received it. When I check the order status, it still shows that the item has not been shipped.

RIDICULOUS MARKETING!! SCAMMERS FO NOT BUY!! THEY JUST KEEP REBRANDING AND SCAMMING MORE PEOPLE ONCE PEOPLE GET CLOCKED ON!! SCUMBAGS

I ordered my parcel for 1 month now and never received it . This page is a total scam I have to call my bank for refund as this page was not responding the email for my refund . They were trying to be cool but I’m cooler than you guys . Call to bank to cancel the order and send the bank for refund about this page and tell the bank and send the bank about the contact information and message them that you didn’t receive the product with proof they will refund it . Stupid page

Paid and then nothing, asked for a refund as was talking so long, no response. I’ll have given birth before I receive the pillow . Don’t order, you won’t receive it.

This company is a scam, I placed an order and they never sent me it. They are ignoring all my emails and messages. Don’t order from here!

Unfortunately this website/company is a scam, the photos are taken from personal Instagram accounts. I never received my products when ordered and you never get a response from them. I raised an investigation with the bank for a refund. The reviews are definitely AI and are posted internally which is very suspicious. Avoid at all costs.

I bought the black baby carrier and I’m about to get another color as well. At first I hesitated because I couldn’t find many reviews online, but the product I received is perfect quality and really beautiful. Best of all, my baby finally accepted a carrier after we tried several without success. I definitely recommend it.

I purchased the Minuvy Embrace Baby Carrier product, Order #1765. The product is extremely useful and necessary; it greatly relieved my back pain.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met Minuvy. Mijn bestelling (30-11-2025, order #1445) werd vertraagd geleverd en zelfs onbeheerd in de bosjes bij de buren achtergelaten. Daarnaast ontving ik een draagzak in de verkeerde kleur.

Ik heb meerdere keren per e-mail contact opgenomen en foto’s toegestuurd, maar ondanks herhaaldelijk contact heb ik geen inhoudelijke reactie of oplossing ontvangen. De communicatie is ronduit slecht.

Voor een bedrijf dat babyproducten verkoopt is dit onacceptabel. Ik raad bestellen bij Minuvy dan ook af.

Scamming customers. Stealing pictures from other companies and making commercials as if its theirs. Thieves. Stealing tons of money from mothers… shame on you.. ordered from the site before 2026 i never received anything dont be fooled
