My order arrived much later than the expected 5 business days and I had paid an extortionate amount for the Get Pregnant Bundle that costed over 200£ (which includes 20 4 hormones wands, the Mira device, a Basal Thermometer a Consultation and a Get pregnant guide) and I have only received the wands and the device and a link to book the consultation but none of the rest! I chose the bundle because it also included the Thermometer, than on the website is sold at over 40£ to have everything in one App. The Chatbot is so bad, I asked to be connected to a human and I have not yet received a reply. This is a violation of the 2015 UK Consumer Act and I am expecting a full refund as if I wanted just the wands and the app, I could have bought a much cheaper bundle among your offers.

I love having this data during the chaos of perimenopause because I doctor myself. I also had a really good experience with their customer service team, which is tough these days because everything‘s a robot. I highly recommend this if you’re a data collector or just want to know more about your own bodily processes.

Great I love all the information and guidance I get. Only used for one month but I’ve learned so much about my body already. Hopeful to conceive soon with the help of Mira.

Seems like the algorithm might be off for confirming ovulation. Pdg monitoring seems subpar.

Mira has been helpful by showing me where 4 of my hormones are instead of just 1. However the insight it gives feels insignificant and not specific. The app is nice but it’s not built for intuitive navigation. I also bought the Panoramic lab test. In the test, the app, and customer service, there are unaligned timelines of when results should be ready. Regardless, it’s been 14 business days now and still no results.

I really appreciate what they’re doing but as someone who was already a bit frustrated at conceiving, this felt like it was marketed as a way to give me answers and so far I have no answers. I am going to continue to give it more time. But I just think people should know the app isn’t super insightful.

Mira is useful for understanding your own patterns in your hormones. However, it is also quite expensive and I’ve found that I’ve had a couple of wands that have produced bizarre results - and when I checked them with other OPK tests, appear to be inaccurate. Generally speaking I’ve had accurate results but it is quite frustrating when they’re so expensive to get even 2-3 wands per cycle that seem to be inaccurate. Their shipping is also incredibly expensive - £8 for a 5-8 day delivery timeline! - which feels like an extra irritation when you’re already paying £50-100 per month (depending on the product you choose).

I asked for help with an issue and it was immediately handled with such professionalism and ease! I would 10/10 recommend this company and brand!

Ordering process was easy enough. It took longer than I thought it would to get my order as it took a week for the order to just be processed and shipped plus the actually shipping time. Maybe I'm just spoiled from Amazon prime.

I’ve been using Mira for about a month and I’m loving it! The set-up and collection process is so easy and even kind of fun! I’ve learned a lot about my menstrual cycle! I really like how the app is able to generate insights into your cycle over time. I really like how when I get my daily hormone levels, it puts my levels in context of what is normal. I wish I could access this same information when looking at my chart later, but the chart doesn’t include a normal reference range. I have ended up taking screenshots on my daily levels so I can keep track of whether my levels are high/low since I can’t seem to find this information again later. Otherwise, I’m really enjoying Mira and have been recommending the test method to many friends and patients. I’m planning to continue to track as well.

This has been an extremely frustrating and concerning experience.

My order (#622003MIRA) was never delivered to me. Instead, it was incorrectly handled and returned to the sender, yet I was still fully charged.

What makes the situation worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have reached out multiple times via email and chat, and have received absolutely no response. Being ignored while my money is taken and my order is not delivered is unacceptable.

From a customer’s perspective, this feels very close to deceptive practice — taking payment without providing the product and offering zero communication or resolution.

I initially had a positive impression of this brand, but this experience has completely changed that. I cannot recommend this company based on how they handle issues when something goes wrong.

I strongly urge others to be cautious before placing an order here.

Ungrateful company. I want nothing more to do with this ungrateful pompous company who believe that they are above everyone else. Twice they have refused to give a reason to decline my affiliate applications. I was a user of their product, but no longer because they clearly don't care about the hand that feeds them. Bet they work with sites like mum's net and Kelly mom and other with millions of visitors, but won't approve smaller wwbsites of users who would write genuine reviews. A disappointing ungrateful company.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience has pushed me to do so.

I have now had my Mira device fail for the third time. Each time, I have used the device exactly according to the instructions: no misuse, no deviation. Yet the same issue keeps happening, making the device unreliable for something as important as hormone tracking.

What is even more concerning is the complete lack of customer support. I contacted Mira multiple times (including a follow-up), and received no response at all. Being ignored as a paying and loyal customer is simply unacceptable.

I have consistently invested in this system, purchasing wands regularly and relying on the device to track my cycles. At 45, this is not just a gadget for me, it is an essential tool. Due to repeated device failures, I have lost critical cycle data multiple times, which completely defeats the purpose of using Mira in the first place.

A premium product should come with reliable performance and responsive support. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.

At this point, I cannot recommend Mira to anyone who is serious about tracking their hormones.

I was unable to open the link to verify my email to create a account. I got a quick response and they solved my problem quickly. I had a great experience with customers service!

Horrible customer service and you can only contact them through email. They willingly take your money but if there is an issue they take days to respond. There is an 11% restocking fee also if you order the wrong wands even if the package is unopened. Very expensive and poor customer service. I will avoid using this company.

Avoid this product.

My costly machine broke after a few months and the support team has been extremely reluctant and slow to replace. This has costed me my data which I had dutifully been collecting on this app.
This means I have missed my tracking for this cycle and has affected my ability to get pregnant. The team do not care at all about how this affects women trying.

Do not be loyal to this product for tracking your ovulation when they're going to ignore you and not care when their faulty machine stops working for no reason.

Would love some more insight on the app it seems like there more advertisements than information into our cycles and what our hormones are doing often times I’m looking at results with no clue what they mean and I have to use a separate ai to interpret having that interface on the app would be helpful.
