So far so good , Love that it’s so easy to use and no mess. It sits nicely and neatly in the corner of the toilet area. I really can’t complain or see any faults with the miracle mop . Only suggestion would be a few more scents to choose from and a tin/box to store the extra mop heads .

Unfortunately, my experience with MiracleMop has become even more disappointing.

After my original complaint, MiracleMop contacted me and offered me a 100% refund. I accepted this offer promptly on 22 August and confirmed that I would remove my Trustpilot review once the full refund had been processed and received.

I then heard nothing.

I followed up again on 27 August and received no response. I sent another email giving MiracleMop until 5:00 pm on 2 September to process the refund or at least provide written confirmation. That deadline has now passed, and I have still received no response or refund.

What concerns me further is that I was asked, “if possible”, to remove my Trustpilot review before the refund was processed. I made it clear that I was happy to remove the review after receiving the refund they had offered, but I was not prepared to remove an honest review based only on a promise that a refund would subsequently be issued.

I have given MiracleMop multiple opportunities to resolve this directly. At this point, I will be escalating the matter through Consumer Affairs Victoria and my payment provider, and I will also be providing Trustpilot with the relevant correspondence.

I would have happily considered this matter resolved once the promised refund was received. Instead, I have been left repeatedly chasing a refund that MiracleMop themselves offered.

Very disappointed and feel I have been scammed. The product is half the size I expected it to be (from seeing ads) and was an exorbitant price considering the cheap plastic flimsy construction. Have since found the same product or similar sold at the Warehouse and on Temu - for less than half the price. Mine arrived in a battered, badly taped brown carton that looked like it had already been opened (and I'm suspecting, returned). This was NOT the packaging shown shown in advertising - that had photos and presumedly instructions. This came plain and no assembly or user instructions at all. RIP OFF!

I don't want to be harsh, but this product is pretty low quality, and I clearly got suckered into a need for something that just doesn't work as well as other toilet cleaners. I got a BOGOF but honestly might not even use the second one. It's quite cheap, flimsy plastic, and the little blue pads don't produce anywhere near the blue liquid they show on their ads and site.

Truly value for money. Quality it achieves is world class and superior to any other form of cleaning. Very impressed and will repeat my purchase to benefit more toilets and bathrooms. Also will recommend the hospital l clean at to adopt this product for all toilets/ bathrooms via environmental services.

Liked the idea of cleaning the toilet although I would prefer a stronger handle Saw where someone cleaned around the toilet I tried this as I am elderly and find it hard to get by the back and the blue stained my grout in the tiles The idea of using this around the floor of the toilet would be excellent without the blue

Good product worked well

Have only used the product once, and could not fault. Cleaned the toilet really well and did not have to scrub at all. My only complaint, hence the 4 stars, was the delivery time. I feel as though I waited a long time for the product to arrive.

I was genuinely so excited to receive this and used it almost immediately. I love the concept of the disposable, cleaner-soaked heads and, compared with a traditional toilet brush sitting in a holder full of who-knows-what, I can absolutely see the appeal.

I purchased the bundle so this isn't an inexpensive toilet-cleaning product. Given the price, I expected the overall design to have really thought through the hygiene aspect, particularly because that is such a major part of the product's appeal.

However, there is one pretty significant issue that I haven't seen anyone really talk about in the reviews, and it has left me wondering how this is supposed to work hygienically.

When you clean the toilet, the end of the reusable handle where the disposable head attaches also gets submerged in the toilet water. Once you remove the disposable head, that part of the handle is wet and has been in the toilet bowl. So far, so understandable.

The problem is what happens next.

The handle then goes back into its storage holder, but the holder has a hole in the bottom. That means the toilet water dripping from the end of the handle either:

1. drips straight through the hole onto whatever surface the holder is sitting on, potentially leaving toilet water on the bathroom floor; or
2. remains inside the holder if it doesn't drain properly, leaving you with a little container that has been holding the toilet-water-covered end of the handle.

Either way, it seems to undermine the whole hygiene benefit of having a disposable toilet cleaning head.

I appreciate that the disposable head itself is brilliant. You don't have a traditional toilet brush sitting around collecting bacteria and you can dispose of the dirty cleaning head after each use. That's exactly why I was so keen to try this product.

But now I'm thinking, what am I actually supposed to do with the reusable end of the handle?

Do I rinse it under the tap after every toilet clean? If so, I've now got a reusable toilet-cleaning component that needs to be washed and dried after use. Do I wipe it down with toilet paper? That seems wasteful and defeats some of the convenience. Do I let it drip into the holder? That just leaves the holder contaminated. And if I put the holder directly on the bathroom floor, I certainly don't want toilet water draining out of it.

I think the product needs some kind of solution for this. A removable solid-bottom drip cup, for example, would at least contain the water so it could be emptied and cleaned. Even better would be a design where the reusable attachment mechanism doesn't need to be submerged in the toilet water in the first place.

I'm still really impressed with the disposable cleaning head itself and I want to keep using the product, but I think this is a genuine design flaw that deserves to be addressed. The marketing focuses heavily on eliminating the grossness of the traditional toilet brush, but the reusable handle is still getting dunked into the toilet and there doesn't seem to be a hygienic way to store it afterwards.

I'm honestly surprised this isn't discussed more in the reviews, because it was the first thing I noticed when I used mine.

Great concept, great disposable heads, but please tell us what we're actually supposed to do with the wet, toilet-water-covered end of the handle afterwards!

The Miracle Mop works well and does the job, but unfortunately, I don’t think the quality is great for the price. I expected it to be much stronger and more durable.

The delivery also took far too long, which was disappointing.

Overall, I don’t mind the product and it does work well, but for the price, I expected better quality and a quicker delivery.

Offer a discount then take it off when payment is being made …even after several emails they still want screenshots of every step of the purchase for proof that they offered a discount lol
I wanted to cancel my order as soon as I saw that they are shady but no …they would not do it
Just ignored my requests and basically say I’m lying about the promised discount
