You folks did a great job from the frame samples through delivery. The mirrors were expertly packed and arrived in NC from Tx without a scratch. Truly exceptional service. Don’t change a thing. You have a winner here.

Apparently our first mirror got lost during the delivery process, stuck in 'label created' status for a week before I contacted MirrorLot to find out when we'd receive it. They determined it was lost and expedited a replacement, shipping it the following day. We love it!

I love that you were able to cut to size the lumber I wanted and then clear coat it, saving me valuable time. Plus I have 4 dogs so I can't easily clear coat anything. I really appreciated the easiness of ordering.

I really liked that you can order samples for the frame before making the big purchase. Once we decided on the frame style, the mirror got made fairly quickly and was shipped in this amazing box that guaranteed the safety of the product.
