Best experience with this kind of transaction.

The person who emailed me was very polite. This was my first order with them, so naturally I was very skeptical. The person gave me a step-by-step on what I need to do, and told me to wait 24-48 hours, and that they would reach out to me once everything was completed. 3 hours later, they email me saying it was completed, and to check that everything was there. It was, and I am very happy with the service I was provided with. If I decide to give myself another boost, definitely going with Mirza Store.

Returned item uncomfortable fit.

I have returned an item which wasn't the right size, its been several days now I have had no response from them, yet they have the item because I have tracked it and it's delivered. When you go onto their web site and try to follow the contact nothing works. Tried to call them they will not pick up the phone, terrible service, first time I have used them but never again.
