Easy to do business with

Good website navigation. Misahara is easy to do business with. I especially appreciated the extra help by Julia Ferro (customer service team). She figured out that this was a Christmas gift for our granddaughter, proactively reached out, and offered a nice gift-wrapping of the earrings and quick delivery. She deserves a raise!

Polite. Product good. . BUT I asked no signature on Fed Ex,
but signature was required. Had to stay home from work for delivery

Hi Victor - we are so glad you're happy with the earrings you ordered! Very sorry about the delivery miscommunication. Our team is so used to having a signature for all our shipments given the high value of the packages that we forgot to mark yours without a signature. Apologies for the inconvenience.
