I was instantly drawn to Jen one evening whilst watching a live from the misfits. I felt the time was right in my life to have a reading online via zoom, with someone that showed her amazing skills and beautiful personality.
Jen was lovely, she showed professionalism and empathy which made me feel at ease. She spoke about what I needed to hear, validation which gave me so much comfort. I lost my mum 4 years ago to pancreatic cancer then my dad last year suddenly to bowel cancer. She spoke to me about what I am going through right now in my life which was spot on, but showed such a caring side at the same time. I knew I was going to cry, because when you want something so bad and you cant have it, the grief is unreal but by allowing Jen to read to me I am blessed.

I booked a reading with Dan, he is such a wonderful soul. I was very nervous at the start. A few months prior I have had a reading with Jen, that also were amazing. Dan made me feel at ease and he asked me who I wanted to bring through. I don’t have info on my social media, and I live in another country. He made connection with my loved one. I wanted the same person that Jen brought me, since I know they bring different information from the same spirit. He gave me so much validation. Some of it I had to get confirmed from other family members, he was 100% correct. They don’t ask you who you want to connect to from spirit until your reading start. I have many loved ones in spirit and he described details that only I knew. I loved how the small details came through that I had completely forgot from many years back. I have experienced spirit activity around me as well, and he could validate my experiences without me telling him what it was. My reading was supposed to be only 45 minutes. And I didn’t notice until we were done, he gave me 1,5 hours in total. I felt so calm after my reading, but I felt bad I had used so much extra time. He didn’t even mention we went over time. He and Jen really care about people, and they bring so much evidence and validation. The respect and ethics, they bring into a reading is admirable. If you consider to book a reading with any of the misfits, I wouldn’t hesitate. I love how I can still learn things I didn’t know about my loved ones. That I later get validated from family members. They really give love a new aspect.

I had a reading with Dan at the start of this year, completely forgot to review at the time so after seeing a recent TikTok showing people are coming on here to review negatively as some part of drama to try to bring their overall scores down I felt I needed to help by reviewing my experience because Dan truly did help me.
I’m 46 and have always been spiritual, I read tarot and have been to a few psychics myself over the years.
I know when someone is not genuine, I just feel it immediately when they start to read for me. I did not get this feeling from Dan or Jen on any live I saw or video they put out on social media so I really wanted a reading.
The one to one readings are a little expensive, however they do promotions all the time and I booked my reading within one of these promotions.
I understand the cost, if you are doing this work full time then you do have to charge a little higher!
The reading with Dan was incredible. Even though there was a technical issue with zoom so it made it a little hard to communicate which could have been my speaker Dan gave me an extremely evidence based reading.
My dad has been in spirit for a long time, over 35 years so I have had readings where he’s come through before but it’s always been more emotional for me and heavy, this was completely different.
I left this over an hour reading feeling like I had been sat with my dad and Dan having a drink and a catch up!
It was uplifting, it was life changing and other people then also came through to give me guidance and lovely messages.
My life at the time was amazing, I didn’t go to the reading because I was in a bad place, but after the reading I felt even more positive and it truly was worth every penny.
Dan knew things only I know, there’s nothing about the evidence he showed that is on social media and I do not believe for one moment him or Jen would check first, they are not scammers.
I’ve not had a private reading with Jen, but I’ve seen her work on TikTok and she is equally as gifted.
I’ve read tarot for years but would love to get into the mediumship side alone and once I do start to develop this there is only one place I will go for the training and that is Misfitmedium because I truly trust them, I did before a reading based on my intuition but after the reading there was no question about who I will take classes with now!
I don’t see the “drama” people keep saying about their videos online as drama, I know this is simply them trying to help this industry weed out and call out the scammers and awful fake mediums. That’s not drama, it’s an amazing service they are giving others.
Keep being you Misfitmedium, ignore the haters, you’re both amazing humans!

I had my first reading with Jen in August, and although I was mind blown by what came through she didnt feel she gave me enough info that landed, so she booked me in for a second reading. I had this today, and again, I'm astonished! She brought my Dad through, and gave me all sorts of information that no one could possibly know... Both readings brought me so much comfort, and it's lovely to know my Dad is truly still with me 🥹 Thank you so much x

Had a reading today with Dan and it was really lovely. Dan is welcoming and kind and makes you feel at ease. He brought through the family member of my choice and told me information no one could have known, like that I had her ivory handled cutlery and loved feeding her fish in her koi pond etc. I had no social media attached to the email I booked through as it was a completely new one made for this, I also booked under only my first name. I thoroughly recommend booking a reading with the misfits team.

Ignore the 1 star reviews as they are not from customers but instead spurred on by online drama and I believe sent by a different psychic medium on tiktok. Dan and Jen’s social media presence may be controversial as they have very strong morals and values and will both advise how to spot a scamming medium but also call them out when they have evidence to suggest they are not genuine. For me, this is only a positive. Although it can cause friction in the online space, I truly believe that mediumship is too important to allow imposters to grift people. Dan and Jen have offered to get someone to facilitate an impartial space for anyone to prove themselves and that they will do it too. But, surprisingly, none of the people they have doubts about have taken them up on the offer. I wonder why. Dan had said he wants mediumship to be a genuine, proven and regulated space where we can all have the confidence that whatever medium we choose is genuine. I think that’s a beautiful aim.

All I can say is that you won’t regret booking with them. Ignore all the online drama if that’s not your kinda thing. They’ll prove to you they’re real through the way they work.

I had a reading with Jen yesterday. Just Wow! She picked up on so much, I’m still mind blown! My socials are private, my life is private, as is my past. Jen picked up on things that even my husband didn’t know! Things from my childhood, which no one knew- only me and the deceased. She spoke about personal things, which I had buried deep and never thought about for 20 plus years. Jen also picked up on very personal, private things, which I have never shared! With anybody! I am forever grateful to the misfits and the weight I feel that has been lifted. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart 😍

I cannot express my gratitude to Dan and Jen. I had my first reading eighteen months ago and had another last week I think Dan is brilliant. I've seen many mediums and some are terrible. Dan is spiritual and seems like a really lovely honest person you should definitely book up.

I booked a reading as I’d recently lost my mom and it was my birthday so just wanted to speak to her. I am so glad I chose Dan to have the reading with. Unlike all these ‘fake’ psychics I can honestly say that Dan is 100 % a real medium with things that could not have been researched prior to the reading. Not only that he has empathy and care towards his clients and happily answers any questions you might have. I had a reading by Dan, and he asked who I would like to come through. I said my brother, as no one has ever brought him through for me. WOW, the things Dan told me, no one would know about. I laughed and cried; it was a fantastic reading. My son-in-law booked it in his name, so I knew he was genuine. Please, if you're thinking of booking a reading, go for it. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Had a reading with Karen. She was amazing and got things correct when validating the spirits. This is my 2nd time with her and will have another. My husband passed June 202 then my father in Jan 2025. 2 losses in a short time. Very hard to deal with but Karen helped with the healing.

Had a reading with Dan back at the start of the year. Words can’t describe how good it was and how he gave me unique information that no one else would know. The comfort that provided, there is genuinely no words for that. Dan truly deserves to be at the top of the pile!

I had an amazing reading with Karen, it brought me so much comfort, I have nothing on my Social Media. Everything was 100% correct, its just so sad that they are receiving so much hate on here for doing nothing other than bringing awareness to vulnerable people. Frauds are on here LYING about Misfits and shame on Trustpilot for allowing this

Jen and Dan are the real deal. I have gotten a reading previously with Jen herself and really helped me with the reading and getting closure. Dan and Jen are very very genuine and often help others. I recommend to visit their live and watch their spirit led readings yourself. It is definitely worth it.

Please ignore the negative reviews. This is a bullying campaign against Dan and Jen because they called out someone's bad behaviour with evidence.
Dan and Jen have proved themselves over and over again, giving free evidential readings several time a
week on live.
Dan and Jen read for me for a few weeks ago now. They brought through my Nan who passed over 20 years ago. All my socials are private and there isn't anything on there anyway of her as I was young when she passed. They described her with 100% accuracy. Jen knew stuff about me personally that I haven't told anyone. There isn't anyway she could of known any of it. So ignore the trolls saying the positive reviews are fake because it's all jealousy and bullying. I have a screen recording of my reading for proof.

Please use your judgement and open your eyes to the harassment that is going on here. They should be ashamed of themselves trying to ruin someone else business over jealousy.

Hi everyone, I have booked not 1 but 3 time with Misfit Medium, they are honest worth every penny! If you see all those negative review , you can tell it is done in malice , with in 2-4 hours apart they do it to hurt their Reputation, the only thing Dan and Jenn done was to call out the fake mediums taken advantage of us who are mourning and missing our loved ones . I know Dean minions and Sally for the Valley sending them to post reviews here , is not going to work. I am not a new follower for “ Misfits “I been follower since 2021, it took me 4 years to book I was being careful who are fake or who would steal my money. I been watching them for years , I finally booked it was best reading I ever got , I booked again they didn’t know I booked for my mother in law , there no way for them to get detail information .Jenn told my mother in law to be careful in the car and to fix tire. The following days it happen , she took the car to get tire fix as she park and walk out another car hit the side she say to be careful. How did she knew that ? She couldn't pull it out of social media, she predicted it. Dan keep mention Pedro name I didn’t know who he was , I found out it was my father friend day later .Dont hesitate to booked a reading by the way they also do free reading Live Tik Tok so they give back to their community. Misfit medium are amazing at what they do, I've watched them live a good while now and they are both amazing people who do free spirit led readings live, ignore the 1 star ratings people, as it is people who misfits have exposed with loads of evidence on other mediums being fake.

To the other one stars in saying they are alcoholics now that is totally not true, these two people and who they also have in their group are true and 100% real mediums,

It's jealous peole who a certain one medium who's sent her minions to leave these low reviews but dont let it dampen your reviews on misfits they are 100% GENUINE MEDIUMS

Awful people who like to bully and bring down other people claim they can teach you how to be a medium forgetting the fact it's a GIFT and can not be taught to people! Their readings are shocking and hardly ever accurate not very nice people all together better staying clear of them they don't bring comfort to you like mediums are meant to either

Dan & Jen are receiving a lot of negative attention at the moment and are being targeted unfairly and incorrectly. They have been raising awareness on unethical practices within the spiritual community. Ego’s are bruised, and lucrative income streams potentially at risk.

If there was any question about me not doing my job ethically, instead of attacking someone for asking questions, I would want to have a calm discussion as I would wonder whether other people thought the same. This would lead me to be curious as to what I could do, to reassure people that this wasn’t the case, so that they would have the confidence in me without question. This would immediately stop any rumours, doubts, or anything else from escalating.

Adam Oakley, offered to set up a controlled environment where no devices would be permitted, and for each psychic mediums to read for sitters of Adam’s choice that had not met the mediums before.

Dan and Jen have agreed to do this without hesitation. Others have refused saying they have nothing to prove.

If there are questions around you, I would think for reassurance of the public and to maintain any confidence that people have for spiritualism you would automatically jump at the chance to show people that their loved ones are genuinely around them, and that you can connect them together and give evidence of this. Surely this is the job of a psychic mediums, to show that the love you share with your loved ones never dies.

I have personally had readings from both Dan and Jen which were highly accurate and I had nothing on social media, my profile was locked down and there were a lot of details that either of them could not have researched because the only place it exists is in my memories.

I ask people to please take the emotion out of your thinking about this. Take a step back. We all want the same thing. Proof that we can speak to the people we have lost in spirit, and know without question, that the connection we’re experiencing is genuine.

There are easy things that can be done for us to know. I would be devastated if I found out that what someone had told me, had not come from someone I had loved that had passed.

That’s the point.

I feel that people need to be warned about this couple. They present themselves as spiritual guides, but in reality they use bullying tactics to tear others down just to make themselves look better. It’s deeply upsetting to see this in a field that should be about compassion and support.

They charge shocking amounts of money, claiming they can ‘teach’ you how to become a medium — but what you actually get is nothing close to the value of what they promise. Instead of professionalism, you’ll see drinking and inappropriate behavior on their TikTok lives, which left me with zero confidence in their credibility.

What upset me most is how manipulative and predatory it all feels. Vulnerable people go to psychics for comfort and guidance, and this couple exploits that trust for financial gain. In my opinion, they are not genuine, not professional, and absolutely not a safe place for anyone looking for real help. Please think very carefully before giving them your money.
I hope this review helps at least one person not to be scammed by them.
