I am very disappointed with these lashes. I bought some for my holiday, and wore them twice, even then they didn't stay on the whole evening they started to fall off. Then on the 3rd wear the lashes started to fall apart, was not impressed at all as the advertising for this item says they stay on, even waterproof, load of rubbish. I emailed them twice with a pic of them and have had no response at all. Very bad customer service, very bad product, don't waste your money on these, a load of rubbish!!

After 15 days, I received my lashes only to have them fall apart while taking them out of the package. I contacted Miss Actually ny email (their website doesn't provide a customer service number). They emailed me back and asked me to send a picture of the torn lashes. I did and I haven't heard from them since even after sending several additional emails. My bad because I should have checked their reviews prior to making the purchase. Their reviews are terrible. In addition, I paid $15.95 for the lashes and $3,99 for shipping on the Miss Actually website. The same lashes are sold at Amazon for $5.99. I bet they're junk also!

I recently purchased a set of advertised eyelashes, three pairs for £26, and I couldn’t have been more disappointed. These lashes were supposed to be the real deal, but they turned out to be nothing short of a scam.

Firstly, they didn’t adhere to my skin as promised; they were practically useless. I’ve seen better quality in pound shop products. When I reached out to their customer service for a return or refund, it felt like dealing with a ghost town. No one replied, and they acted as if they didn’t exist.

To add insult to injury, I had to involve PayPal to try and get my money back. After a painful waiting period, they instructed me to send the items back via tracked delivery, which cost me an additional £6.85. To date, my case remains unresolved, and I haven’t recovered my money. Instead, I’ve wasted even more.

I urge all potential buyers to be cautious of this scam. Don’t fall for the glossy advertisements that promise quality when all you’ll get is a faulty product and pathetic customer service. Save your hard-earned money and look elsewhere for a genuine product. This experience has been nothing short of a disappointment.

I just had to share how incredible these reusable adhesive lashes are. I was a bit skeptical at first, but they've exceeded all my expectations. I got the starter pack a while back, and I've been coming back for more refills ever since. These lashes last and last! I recently ordered another set of refills (which would last even longer if I didn't have to share them with my sisters, we're all obsessed! 😂). The best part is that my lashes stay beautifully curled for months, and the application is a breeze. These lashes are a total game-changer in my beauty routine. Thank you for creating such an amazing product!

Please do not waste your money, they are not natural, the adhesive is so sticky they are impossible to get out of the packaging……and don’t get me started on actually trying to fit them….they look awful!

I never got my order and no response from the company to several emails and messages on social media. I would not waste your money on buying these. I would give them ZERO stars.

Total rip off, they don’t stick and when you return them they won’t refund you as advertised and just ignore every email, PayPal promises to help, but no good either I will be reporting this company as a scam, and as if it was not bad enough being ripped off by their ridiculous prices you have to pay return postage, don’t order anything from them!!

Don't waste your money. My eyelashes didn't stick. Couldn't tear them off the plastic holder. Totally unsuitable & not fit for purpose. The website says money back guarantee, whatever you have invested! Totally rubbish. I've emailed the company a couple of times & not even had a response. Maybe time for trading standards ! They are ripping people off .

Poor is an understatement. Fake lashes did not work,trying to get a refund as per their 60 days money guarantee policy,no reply to my emails. I WILL REPORT AS SCUMMERS

Edit: finally replied to my emails but have not provided return address and when I tried to challenge it,they stopped replying. Reported to my bank and to trading agency. Avoid aboid avoid. Item is not worth it and company couldn't care less pass the order you place.

I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. The self adhesive eyelashes do not stick properly so I asked for a return/refund and have been ignored by this company. I have contacted them so many times and not had a single reply! Claim made via PayPal so hoping I get my money back.

If I was able to I would share a copy of the comms sent to me by Miss Actually. You would be shocked! The worst customer experience and treatment. #Beware

I purchased the Reusable Adhesive Eyelashes and found that they do not stick as shown in the ads. I sent three emails to Miss Actually but received no reply whatsoever. This is most unprofessional and very poor customer service. When I looked up their returns policy, I found it stated that items have to be returned unopened and unused at customer’s expense. This is ridiculous. How would you know a product is useless unless you’d tried it?
