It was really great. It was our first time here. We came from the Central Vallet to try this place. Although we arrived close to closing time our order was still accepted and we dined in. The gentleman working the closing shift was really sweet and friendly. Patiently waited for us to finish and he even took a last minute order my daughter placed for a Boba. The food was delicious, not too sweet, just right for the palate. The customer service was great as well.

The lady working on Sunday is really nice

food and atmosphere is great. I always get the same drink and it turns out amazing! I like how they have games and the service is always quick and efficient.

Staffing could be better. There is no one to bus the tables

I enjoy the drinks and the service they provide, very nice place the only downside it’s the location sometimes you cannot find parking. The Main Street is Arroyo Parkway during traffic hours you cannot park there.

Drinks are way overpriced, in addition to having to pay a “service fee” just because you’re forced to pay/order via a tablet even though there is a live employee who should be fully capable of taking your order, especially given how slow the shop is. (Over $8 for a regular
Boba beverage??) You pay extra for boba, which is expected, but they put a very small portion in your drink. The napkin dispensers are completely empty; when I asked for some he brought out just one, as low they’re running low of something (which is odd, because they serve food too). And since they serve food, they interior is very stuffy, with poor ventilation.

I really enjoyed the soufflé pancakes and jasmine tea with cheese foam!

I’m a visitor from a very small town and never had taeyaki before. I loved it so much I came back the next night for more. I got one with cheese and the other with Nutella and a side of crème brûlée sauce to dip. Delish!

What stood out the most was how poorly maintained and dirty this place was. I was excited to try Japanese pancakes with my mom after seeing the place had a decent number of reviews, though I noticed a few negative ones that mentioned cleanliness issues. Unfortunately, those reviews were spot on.

The dining area was noticeably unclean — tables and chairs were sticky and looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a while. The overall space felt neglected and disorganized, which really makes you question the state of the kitchen and how hygienically the food is being prepared.

As for the food, the pancakes were actually quite good, but that was the only highlight. The popcorn chicken was just okay, and the drinks had a strange aftertaste that we couldn't ignore.

I won’t be returning, and I hope the owners seriously reconsider how they maintain and present the space. This place has so much potential, especially given the popularity of Japanese pancakes, but it's currently falling short — especially for this area, where standards are much higher
