MISSCOSY レビュー

Purchased a full set of Comfies for my wife. The sizing was right on. They are her favorite lounge clothes now, hands down. We live in MN and it gets chilly so having the long and short sleeves/bottoms is excellent! Even had an issue with one garment and they took care of it right away and shipped a replacement! Great product, great service, highly recommended!

My order came and was missing one of the pieces but I worked with customer service and they wound up shipping a whole new order out to me. Thank you!

Miss Cosy was legit and customer service was very helpful. They made things right and then some. My wife loved the whole set and lives in it!

Overall great quality and I would receive quick responses about my delivery

First off i can't recommend this company enough! Although (through no fault of their own) the first shipment was delivered to the wrong location, MISSCOSY reached out to me several times to correct the matter. The second package arrived and.....WOW!
My partner ADORES this procuct, it keeps you real warm without overheating.
THANK YOU MISSCOSY!!!!

My girlfriend loved it and they have Great customer service! Will buy more for sure

I received the wrong order. Christine came to the rescue and replaced the wrong item with the right item I ordered. She also kept in contact with me step by step informing me on the progress of my replacement order. Christine has been more then helpful and because of the way she handled my issue I will be ordering again from MISSCOSY.

Sizing is a little small. Tried to exchange for a larger size but after nearly a month of back and forth with the company they told me to return it and pay for the shipping. Shipping cost to send it back was $60+ which is half the cost of the outfit. Be careful when purchasing from here if you don’t like it or it’s the wrong size it will cost you a lot more.

We had a shipping issues and Miss Cosy customer support took care of the issue very quickly. My wife loves the clothes!!! Will order more!

They were easy to deal with from the time the order was placed to the follow up text once we had the product in our hands. Fast and very efficient

Overall excellent customer service. There was a mixup with shipment/delivery but the company exceeded expectations in solving the situation. The product itself is of very high quality and loved by my S/O. Would recommend to anyone.

good quality and wonderful customer service

My girlfriend loved the bundle and it fit great. Also, customer support is fantastic to work with if needed.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. When I had a problem with the mail mistakingly sending back my package, I reached out via email and they responded quickly and had a second package sent out to me via express. Very happy with the product and will definitely purchase more in the future.

Good customer service and communication. My wife loves the product as well

The material is super soft and warm, very comfortable wear.

This company is a scam. Items come shipping from Shanghai China and never actually track once it hits the US. Never trust this site as you can’t actually write a review on their official website. SCAM SCAM SCAM. STAY AWAY.

Had an issue with my order being shipped to an incorrect address. The seller immediately rectified the issue with no hassle whatsoever. Highly recommend!

IDK about the product quality, but it took more than two weeks to arrive and missed the deadline for my Christmas departure. Quite disappointed in the shipping.

Great, cozy product! Good shipping experience, quick and helpful customer support responses!
