Still waiting to be paid by this a company for fabric sold no reply the debt is over 2 years we even contacted U.K. retailer who stocked this label who agreed and has since removed there goods boycott this brand

The dresses are definitely true to size, I was so pleased with the style and make of the dresses I bought 5, I get compliments all the time with these dresses , size 16. June

Placed my order with ease and the package was delivered within the time stated

Dresses are made of great quality, true to size and reflect images online.

Don't reply dont answer emails. Dishonest and a complete scam.

So how come New Look are selling Missfigas stuff online? Can I use my voucher there?
If they are trading in New Look, they should honour vouchers or refunds outstanding? Don't understand how they're allowed to do this

I have written a review before. Over 1 year ago I ordered a dress, it didn't arrive and give them their due, one did arrive eventually. I returned as it did not fit and got a signature to prove it was received....one year later and many many emails later and they still have my money. Disgusting! If one more person asks for my order number and says they'll help, I'll scream. I want my money back now please.

Avoid at all costs! Bought a few dresses from here which I returned (paid for Royal Mail tracking) received nothing from company so I emailed them to chase refund. They replied saying I would receive money back in my account within 10 days, I waited but no refund. Chased again, same reply, waited and still no refund. Chased repeatedly again, but received no further reply, and no refund. Can only come to conclusion they are absolute scammers in the hope people don't check their bank account.

This company would not give me a refund even though it was their fault for not getting the correct information to me on how to properly return! There was a missing page that needed to be in the parcel and I wrote to confirm that it wasn't in the package. They didn’t get back to me for days!
When they got the return they would NOT give me the refund and issued me a £90+ credit! I would NEVER order from them again! Just after they issued me the credit the company went offline and shut down! I now have a credit that I can't even use! Horrible company and if they ever do open again I would say to not order from them and risk it!

I ordered a jumpsuit this time last week and was very surprised how quickly it was deliveree. I wish the length was slightly smaller but I am very pleased with the item. Beautiful pretty clothes.

Stay away from Missfiga at all costs.
I purchased 3 dresses for my daughters confirmation last year. I had receipts, proof of returns (An Post in Ireland) they were all sent back within the correct time frame and to this day I havent received all my money back.
I literally sent dozens of emails and messages on facebook and I have just given up which is obviously what they want.

I would give 0 stars if I could.i purchased 2 items on 17th august they were non suitable so I returned 25th august have proof of receipt of returning.i have since not heard a thing ,I’ve tried to contact them through Facebook insta but it just says temporarily down,I’ve even tried to phone the number But it says sorry this number doesn’t exist,theirs an email address sent many emails but like everything else no reply,it’s so frustrating,angry and rude to be ignored ,u have my returns now I would like my refund missfiga get ur act together.

Terrible experience and still unresolved. Much to their delight, I'm sure, I gave up on getting my owed refund as dealing with this "customer service" team was infuriating.

I initially placed an order of three dresses - 2 mustard dresses in different sizes, and a polka dot dress. Of the mustard dresses, the size that fit me was faulty (had a knick in the sleeve), the polka dot dress received was a size larger than ordered. I emailed to notify I would be returning, but also placing a new order as I needed one of the dresses for a wedding.

Ultimately, I ended up returning 4 dresses (1 faulty, 1 incorrect size received, 2 I didn't like). I paid £9.99 for a tracked return service and over the period of nearly three months (posted item on 28th Feb, gave trying on 18th May) I had to chase for information, I received one sentence responses all signed off with an "x", all offering no information, simply "we're checking with a different team x" / "we have no note of receiving this?".

Waste of time and money.

I returned a dress to Miss Figa in May 2022, I have never received my refund despite proof of sending as requested and the promise of the refund. I have emailed several times since, noone has bothered to reply. I would never buy from them again

Customer service is terrible, they issued a credit note as they wouldn’t give me a refund. Now you can’t get on website, has the company went into administration

I bought an item away back in April, which never fitted. I sent it back 16 days later and they only offered me a credit note. I submitted a complaint asking them to take into account I was off with covid. I could have provided proof as I generally was ill and it would have be irresponsible of me to go out. I am still waiting on a reply

Second time purchasing from Missfiga and it’s a great experience. Shipping was 5-7 working days but I received my parcel on the third day. Items are very good value.

As like so many of the reviews on here recently, I am still waiting for a refund from May. I have contacted the company several times but nothing. I would never buy anything from this company again and would strongly encourage others against buying from Missfiga unless you are sure you won’t need to return. This is a shame as the quality and style of the dress I bought was great, it just didn’t suit me. Avoid in my opinion. Consumer Ombudsman is going to be kept busy with this company.
